A heating applicator system that heats personal care products without concerns of dry-out as a result of repeated exposure to heat comprising a disposable container subassembly and a reusable handle subassembly. The container subassembly comprises a lower printed circuit board that has heating elements disposed thereon. The reusable handle subassembly houses an upper printed circuit board that has electronic control elements. When the handle subassembly is attached to the container subassembly, the two circuit boards form an electric connection and create an electric heating circuit. Subsequently, the handle subassembly is able to detach from the container while the applicator head remains attached to the handle subassembly. After each use, the applicator head is replaced in the container. When the product is used up, the applicator head and the container can be detached from the handle subassembly. The segmentation lines are then filled with makeup to achieve a desired result. The facial segmentation device comprises an applicator that is very thin, and therefore, does not obstruct the visibly of users when applying segmentation line to the face—particularly around the eyes. The facial segmentation device and methods disclosed provides individuals an economical, easy to use solution for achieving a desired make up effect.

A device for extracting lipstick from a lipstick applicator comprising a plunger, the plunger having a series of rib members along one end of the plunger that run parallel to its longitudinal axis, a pin is disposed at the other end of the plunger and traverse to the longitudinal axis of the plunger, a tubular extractor, the extractor having a guide slot through its side wall, one end of the extractor has a series of rib members, the rib members extend parallel to the extractors longitudinal axis, the plunger is coaxially received within the extractor and the pin extends through the slot to guide travel of the plunger in the extractor whereby when the ribbed end of the extractor is inserted within a lipstick applicator having lipstick to be extracted, lipstick will be captured within the ribbed end of the extractor. The extracted lipstick may be dispensed from the device by selectively moving the plunger. One embodiment provides a threaded sleeve to guide the plunger pin as the extractor is rotated.

A container main body 20 of the cosmetics container of the present invention is configured of a main body portion 22 that configures the basic structure of the container main body 20 and an inner surface portion 24 that configures the inner surface of the container main body 20. The inner surface portion 24 is configured as a sterilizing portion in which metal fine particles having an effect of reducing bacteria are dispersed in a resin and bacteria are reduced by the action of the fine particles. The fine particles are configured so as not to be exposed on the surface of the inner surface portion 24. The type of metal configuring the sterilizing portion is defined according to the type of bacteria that is assumed to become a problem at each position on the inner surface portion 24.
