After each use, the applicator head is replaced in the container. When the product is used up, the applicator head and the container can be detached from the handle subassembly. The handle subassembly can be reused, while the container and applicator head are discarded.

The inner surface portion 24 is configured as a sterilizing portion in which metal fine particles having an effect of reducing bacteria are dispersed in a resin and bacteria are reduced by the action of the fine particles. The fine particles are configured so as not to be exposed on the surface of the inner surface portion 24. The type of metal configuring the sterilizing portion is defined according to the type of bacteria that is assumed to become a problem at each position on the inner surface portion 24.
