A fluid absorbent clothing is configured to absorb fluid from a human user. The fluid absorbent clothing includes a waistband, attached to a front panel and a rear panel. An interior pocket panel is attached to an inside of the front panel forming an interior pocket. A removable desiccant is inserted into the interior pocket panel. Fluid excreted from the human user is absorbed by the removable desiccant making the human user dry.

The absorbent article comprises an adhesive having a first and second pattern of elements disposed on first substrate, and first and second texture zones. The first texture zone comprises a first portion of the substrates, a first portion of the elastic elements, and the first pattern of elements of the adhesive and forms a background pattern in the first portion of the substrates. The second texture zone comprises a second portion of the substrates, a second portion of the one or more elastic elements, and the second pattern of elements of the adhesive and forms a macro pattern in the second portion of the substrates.

A disposable absorbent pant having a front belt portion and a rear belt portion is disclosed. The front and rear belt portions are joined at side seams and the rear belt portion has a greater length than the front belt portion. A lower edge of the rear belt portion forms at least in part edges of left and right leg openings to the rear of the side seams. The rear belt portion includes first and second layers of nonwoven web material sandwiching a plurality of laterally extending and laterally pre-strained elastic strands, disposed below the side seams. A reusable nappy configured in the form of side-openable pants with reusable fasteners is characterized in that the front part of the nappy is additionally provided with a waistband tightening arrangement disposed on the waistband of said front part in a space lying between fastening elements (see FIG. 6). The tightening arrangement can be configured in the form of two drawstrings disposed in channels on the waistband, which can be tightened and fastened in a knot, or in the form of other embodiments. The nappy can be provided with a front-detachable absorbent pad having a detachable barrier fabric, or with similar liners. Absorbent elements can be configured with a side-opening inward fold, resembling a side cap in appearance. A liner can be provided with a fold-over rear portion, inter alia, in the form of turndown collar. The aim of the invention is to provide an arrangement having fastenings which allows flexible adjustment of the size of the waistband and can be manipulated safely during fastening. The nappy is intended to have a training effect by virtue of slight wetness, but should not leak or allow excessive wetness. The arrangement is intended to allow easier and improved cleaning and to provide greater comfort for wearers and greater convenience for carers. The invention relates to reusable nappies and to clothing items for wearers susceptible to incontinence. Proposed are novel embodiments of a nappy and liners.

A belted disposable article includes a chassis including a first covering layer having a first surface intended to face towards the user, the article further comprising a pair of belt portions. The first belt portion has a free end which carries a fastener adapted to be attached to an exterior surface of the other of the belt portions.
