Resilient container holder
A holder for a container, the holder comprised of a perimeter, wherein said perimeter defines an interior space, and wherein the interior space is comprised of a container holding portion and an attachment housing portion, wherein the container holding portion includes a cavity conforming to the container, wherein the container is retained in the holder in a non-removable manner, and wherein the container includes a cap portion and the cap portion is not covered by the holder, and wherein the attachment housing portion attaches the holder to an external object and wherein said holder is comprised of a resilient material.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING LIPSTICKS WITH SPECIAL TRIDIMENSIONAL SURFACE EFFECTS AND LIPSTICKS OBTAINED BY SUCH PROCESS
A lipstick (13, 17, 19, 21, 23) with external lateral surface having a tridimensional design is obtained by a process comprising laser-working the external lateral surface of a head part (2), previously mirror-polished, of a rough tap (1). The process may include the final pearling of the lipstick (13, 17, 19, 21, 23) by means of a cyclone system (14) to obtain a pearled lipstick (16, 18, 20, 22, 24).
Applicator system
An applicator system comprises a container and an applicator. The container is configured to contain a substance to be applied using the applicator. The container is further configured to support the applicator in an accessible orientation in use. For example, the container can comprise a first chamber that is open at an end thereof. The first chamber can be arranged to receive and locate at least an active end of the applicator therein and to hold the applicator in the accessible orientation in use. The container can also comprise a second chamber that is arranged to receive and hold therein the substance to be contacted by the active end of the applicator in use.
Ovoid shaped container
Described in detail herein include an ovoid or egg-shaped container for housing, storing, and packaging cosmetics and similar items and substances. The bottom of the ovoid shape is slightly flattened in order for the container to stand upright on the surface of which it resides. The container is transversally sliced multiple times yielding separate layers that fasten together in a parallel direction to one another and also detach or unfasten from each other. All layers are configured to accommodate circular metal tin pan trays and/or discs that are removable—but also securable to the inside of cavity of its corresponding layer—or other specific removable parts that pertain to the type of cosmetic for which the space is designated. These pans and specific parts will house cosmetic substances.

A cosmetic-product packaging, wherein the cosmetic-product packaging includes: an outer container, and a lid that is pivotally coupled to the outer container, wherein the outer container and the lid are provided with a first stud and a second stud respectively, wherein the studs are provided with respective flanges that are accessible externally to the cosmetic-product packaging, wherein a flexible cord is attached to at least one of the first and second studs and is wrappable under one or more flanges of the studs; an inner container that is mountable within the outer container, wherein, in operation, the inner container accommodates at least one cosmetics product, and the inner container is accommodated within the outer container; and the inner container is user-accessible when the lid is in an open position, wherein the cord is unwrapped.

A cap to be placed on a head of a device for treating the skin of a user includes an inner part to be removably attached to the head of the device, an outer part to be placed against the skin of the user and an interior disposed between the inner and outer parts. A product is disposed in the interior for application to the skin of the user and a covering, such as a membrane which is disposed on the outer part or a sterilized pack, is removable before use. An assembly having the device and the cap is also provided.

A packaged deodorant stick product comprising a deodorant stick composition mounted on an axially immobile retaining member, the retaining member being reversibly connected to a holder enabling the deodorant stick product to be held in the human hand, wherein the retaining member comprises arcuate bridge structures separated by holes, the bridge structures arcing into the deodorant stick composition and being embedded therein.
APPLICATION CONTAINER WITH LEADING CYLINDER
An application container includes a leading cylinder that internally contains an application material, and has an opening through which the application material is exposed. The opening extends in a major axis direction, and has a minor axis direction. The leading cylinder has a front edge curved to bulge to an outside of the leading cylinder from a tip located on one side in the major axis direction toward the other side. When viewed from the other side, the opening extends rearward from the tip in a slit shape. A first application material holder located on both sides of the opening in the minor axis direction is formed in a tip portion of the leading cylinder having an outer surface extending rearward while being curved to bulge to the outside of the leading cylinder from the tip.
