A cap (1) for a pen or pencil (100) has an opening (2) for the introduction of the pen or pencil (100) and a sealing bead (3) that extends radially inwards and runs around the longitudinal axis (L) of the cap (1) with a closed contour. The cap (1) has at least one first component (K1) with a first flexibility and a second component (K2) with a second flexibility that is greater than the first flexibility. The interior (7) of the cap (1) in the region lying opposite the opening (2) in relation to the sealing bead (3) and in the region of the sealing bead (3) is delimited by the first component (K1). The second component (K2) lies on the outside in the region of the sealing bead (3) along a closed contour on the first component (K1). The adjustability of the cap (1) by a force acting in the radial direction in the region of the sealing bead (3) is greater than in a region lying opposite the opening (2) in relation to the sealing bead (3).

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having an inner container and a sealing structure for an inner container cap and, more specifically, to a cosmetic container having an inner container and a sealing structure for an inner container cap in which an outer wall of the inner container is formed to have a larger diameter than a sealing projecting ring formed on the lower portion of the inner container cap such that the sealing projecting ring is forcibly inserted into the outer wall of the inner container, and a first hinge block having an oval hinge hole formed therein is formed on a side of the inner container such that a hinge pin is able to move up and down in the hinge hole, thereby enhancing a force for sealing the interior of the inner container when the inner container is closed.

Furthermore, the invention also relates to a method of producing this type of cap and to a cosmetic pencil that has a cap.

A stackable set of cosmetic containers is described herein, where the cosmetic containers are held together by directional magnets. The directional magnets could be arranged in an L shape, could be the forms of a semicircle, or could be programmable magnets. The cosmetic container may include a square top surface with rounded corners, a label side surface of rectangular shape, with vertical edges that curve to adjacent sides, three other side surfaces of identical rectangular shape as the label side surface, and a square bottom surface with rounded corners and recessed edges. A device may include a void with cosmetics between the square top surface, the label side surface, the three other side surfaces, and the square bottom surfaces. The magnets align the containers in the stack so that the label side surfaces all face in the same direction.
