A feed out container includes: a metal main body outer sleeve formed as a bottomed cylinder; a metal cylindrical inner member having a first portion provided within the interior of the main body outer sleeve and a second portion that constitutes an annular protrusion; an inner plate that holds a contained material; a lid body outer sleeve formed as a bottomed cylinder; a lid body inner sleeve provided within and in close contact with the interior of the lid body outer sleeve; and a feed out mechanism that moves the inner plate in an axial direction of the sleeve to feed out the contained material. A resealable, access-resistant assembly, including a cap and a stem, is configured to fasten to a container by way of opposing tabs that, when pinched towards each other, deflect from a locked to unlocked position to then be separated (e.g., lifted off of or unscrewed) from the container. An airtight lipstick, including an outer cover, an inner cover, a central core and a base; the inner cover is fixedly arranged within the outer cover; the base is internally provided with a cavity; the central core is arranged within the cavity; the central core is adapted to accommodate a lipstick mass; a bottom part of the outer cover removably snaps onto the base; a lower part of the inner cover is in an interference fit with an upper part of an inner wall of the cavity to achieve sealing effect. A stable structure is thus provided that only requires the inner cover to produce a smaller amount of elastic deformation to provide the lipstick container with airtightness, and is not easy to cause air leakage of the lipstick container due to misalignment, and hence more durable.

The present invention provides a refill device that is a degradable material, recyclable and more environmentally friendly. The present invention provides a packaging device that can be reused, resulting in substantial savings in packaging materials, while avoiding significant environmental contamination due to extensive disposal of the packaging materials.

A device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product comprises a mechanism for receiving a stick of cosmetic product, a base cover forming a first housing for receiving a first portion of the mechanism, a first seal between an element of the base cover and an element of the mechanism, and a cap fixed on the base cover in order to define a second housing receiving a second portion of the mechanism. A second seal is provided between the cap and said element of the base cover and/or said element of the mechanism. The first and second housings are connected in a sealed manner by the element of the base cover and/or the element of the mechanism.
