The present invention relates to an airtight lip cosmetic case of which the inside is doubly sealed, comprising: a lower case; an upper case which is rotatably coupled to the top of the lower case and has a sealing shoulder formed on the outside thereof; a rising piston which rises within the upper case and has a lip cosmetic product attached to the upper side thereof; a sealing piston which is fixed and coupled to the outside of the rising piston; and an over-cap which is detachable from the lower case, wherein the airtight lip cosmetic case further comprises a sealing ring formed on the outer circumference of the rising piston such that the sealing ring rises in a state of being in close contact with the inner circumference of the upper case, and a sealing blade formed on the outer circumference of the sealing piston.

A lip stick machine includes a first tubular body on which a second tubular body is rotatably fitted, the first tubular body having at least one first guide and the second tubular body having at least one second guide, a cursor equipped with at least one first pin so that a mutual rotation of the first tubular body causes an axial translation of the cursor, a closure equipped with a tubular projection for coupling with a first free edge of the first tubular body when the closure is fitted on the machine; the second tubular body has a first annular groove open on a second free edge of the second tubular body, the first tubular body having a flange at the first free edge positioned inside the first annular groove so as to load a lateral surface of the annular groove when the closure is fitted on the machine.

A lipstick (13, 17, 19, 21, 23) with external lateral surface having a tridimensional design is obtained by a process comprising laser-working the external lateral surface of a head part (2), previously mirror-polished, of a rough tap (1). An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic case capable of automatically opening and closing a cover which is automatically opened and closed before extraction and retraction of a rod-shaped body such as a lipstick, thereby enhancing a convenience in use. To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automatically opened/closed sealing module, including: a cylindrical exterior case having a hollow interior; a cylinder housed in the exterior case so that a portion thereof is extracted out and retracted into together with a rod-shaped body; and a shutter member configured to be automatically opened and closed to allow extraction and retraction of the rod-shaped body, wherein the shutter member includes: a link body including a link hook; a cap body formed at a position opposite to the link body and including a cap hook; shutter ledges formed on outer circumferential surfaces of the link body and the cap body with a difference in level to limit a movement of the link body; an inner slit ledge formed in one end of a slit section which is formed by facing the link body and the cap body toward each other, so as to be supported by the cylinder; and a cover rotatably formed through hinge parts integrally connected with the link body and the cap body.

An environmentally friendly lipstick case formed of PET includes a cap including an internal annular groove on a bottom; a rotation tube including internal spiral guide grooves; an ascending and descending tube including two opposite guide pins on an outer surface, and longitudinal ribs on an inner surface; a support tube including two opposite longitudinal tunnels on a surface, each longitudinal tunnel having an upper horizontal end and a lower horizontal end oriented in a direction opposite to that of the upper horizontal end, and an annular toothed member on a bottom of an inner surface; and a lower exterior casing including an annular shoulder on an outer surface of an upper portion, projections between the annular shoulder and an open top, and a protrusion on a blind bottom disposed in the toothed member. The guide pins are moveably disposed through the longitudinal tunnels into the guide grooves.

The invention relates to a device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product, comprising a mechanism for receiving a stick of cosmetic product, a base cover forming a first housing for receiving a first portion of the mechanism, a first seal between an element of the base cover and an element of the mechanism, and a cap fixed on the base cover in order to define a second housing receiving a second portion of the mechanism. A second seal is provided between the cap and said element of the base cover and/or said element of the mechanism. The first and second housings are connected in a sealed manner by the element of the base cover and/or the element of the mechanism.

A refill lipstick cartridge that prevents or avoids operation of the dispensing mechanism for the lipstick until the cartridge has been secured into the lower case of a lipstick case. The refill lipstick cartridge has a locked or non-functioning configuration, in which the lipstick cannot be dispensed from the refill lipstick cartridge until the refill lipstick cartridge is installed into the lower case of the lipstick case, and an unlocked or functioning configuration when installed into the lipstick case, in which the dispensing mechanism for the lipstick can function to both extend from the lipstick bullet, and retract the lipstick bullet into, the lipstick case, typically manually under the control of the user of the lipstick product. A locking mechanism that employs either friction or mechanical locking elements is manipulated to position the refill lipstick cartridge between the locked configuration and the unlocked configuration.

A rotary cosmetic container includes an upper cover, an inner cover, a cartridge assembly, and a lower cover, which are arranged coaxially. The interior of the lower cover is vertically hollow, and the lower cover includes an upper end opening and a lower end opening. An internal thread is provided on the inside of the upper cover, and at least one first protrusion is provided on the outside of the inner cover. When the inner cover is placed in the upper cover, the first protrusion is engaged in the internal thread. When the upper cover rotates around the lower cover axially, the first protrusion is driven by the internal thread to drive the inner cover and the cartridge assembly to move up and down, so that the cartridge assembly retracts into or protrudes out of the lower end opening of the lower cover.

A dispenser, such as for lip balm, has a casing, a manually operable dispense mechanism with an actuation dial, lip balm in the casing, and a cap for covering a dispense end. The dispense mechanism included a snap-in actuator that interfaces with cantilevered fingers unitary with the casing. Finger tips interface the actuator at a retention flange for rotatably retaining the actuator within the casing, the finger tips further interface with circumferentially spaced ribs or nubs rearward of the flange for providing a user perceivable tactile clicking and/or a variable rotation resistance upon rotation of the dial. The casing having an enlarged dispense end, a narrowed lower waist region, an exterior surface include an overmolded softened high friction gripping surface on the casing. The exterior surface may include light transmissive portions defining indicia that extend into the casing interior.
