A capping structure includes a tubular shell and a cap window. The cap window is transparent and engages with an inner sidewall of the tubular shell. The cap window includes a cover and a brace. The cover is disposed at an opening of the tubular shell, and the brace protrudes from the cover and has at least a surface being parallel to the inner sidewall of the tubular shell.

Packaging systems include a container having a mouth, a workpiece, and an insert configured to receive the workpiece and to retain the workpiece within the mouth of the container in an axially aligned configuration. The cosmetic preparation comprises an emulsion of one or more hydrophilic phases and one or more lipophilic phases. The one or more lipophilic phases comprise at least one lipid having a spreading coefficient at 25° C. of no more than 700 mm.sup.2/10 minutes, at least one lipid having a dropping point of >30° C., and at least one monovalent and/or polyvalent alcohol in a total amount of at least 3 wt. %.

A method of manufacturing a lip balm comprises providing a receptacle having a concave arcuate surface. A lip balm material in a heated, liquefied phase is poured into the receptacle. Once poured, the heated, liquefied phase is allowed to solidify such that a surface of the solidified lip balm material has an arcuate configuration that corresponds to the concave arcuate surface of the receptacle.

A pot (100) comprising a body (10) presenting a cavity with an opening (11b), and a lid (20) that is movable relative to the body (10). The body (10) has an engagement element (14e) and the lid (20) has a closure tab (70) movable between an engaged position in which, when the lid (20) is in a shut position in which the lid shuts the opening, the closure tab (70) co-operates with the engagement element (14e) and thus holds the lid (20) in the shut position, and a disengaged position in which the closure tab (70) does not co-operate with the engagement element (14e). Network-connected (i.e., smart) containers are described herein that include an electronic display on which personalized information can be presented. For example, the electronic display (and other necessary components, such as memory, processors, and communication modules) can be integrated into the cap or the body of a container, which holds a skin care product (e.g., a medication or a personal care product, such as a cosmetic) that is applied by the user as part of a skin care regimen. More specifically, a smart container can include an electronic display that presents relevant information to a user for review. Such information can include the name of the skin care product, textual instructions for complying with a skin care regimen, animations illustrating how to apply the skin care product, user information, messages (e.g., text messages delivered via a cloud service), notifications, and device information (e.g., battery status and network connectivity status).

Disclosed is a support element for a cosmetic product in paste or semi-solid form, of the type adapted to be supplied in a case, including a plate with an outer surface, adapted to be fixed to the case, and an inner surface, adapted to be coupled with the cosmetic product, wherein the support element is made of a plastic material.
