COMPOSITION AND APPLICATION THEREOF IN PREPARATION OF SKIN CARE PRODUCTS FOR REGULATING SKIN BIORHYTHM
A skin care composition for regulating skin biorhythm, comprising: a skin conditioning agent A, a skin conditioning agent B, and adenosine. The skin conditioning agent A comprises glycoprotein, amino acid, a preservative, a stabilizing agent, and water, and the skin conditioning agent B comprises glutamine-based ethyl imidazole, a preservative, and water. The skin care composition can replenish moisture and promote cellular energy synthesis, and can solve the skin problem of people who stay up late.
STABILIZING VITAMIN C TOPICAL FORMULATIONS
Topical formulations of L-ascorbic acid dissolved in a combination of a urea agent and a non-aqueous skin-compatible solvent are provided. The formulations are storage stable for an extended period of time without significant degradation of the L-ascorbic acid in the composition, are have desirable physical properties. The topical formulations can include high concentrations of the L-ascorbic acid. The topical formulations can include cinnamic acid or derivatives thereof as a penetration enhancer and stabilizing component of ascorbic acid. Topical compositions of this disclosure find use in treating or preventing a variety of cosmetic and/or dermatological conditions as well as to reduce the appearance of chronological and/or environmentally-caused skin aging.
COMPOSITION COMPRISING INGREDIENTS FOR DIC-GEL AND POLYOL
The present invention relates to a composition comprising, in at least one physiologically acceptable volatile medium: (a) at least one cationic polysaccharide; (b) at least one crosslinker having three or more acid groups or a salt thereof; (c) at least one powder; and (d) at least one polyol, wherein the (c) powder is insoluble in the physiologically acceptable volatile medium. The composition can form a film including a DIC-gel and a powder wherein the distribution of the powder in the film can be more even or more uniform.
COMPOSITION COMPRISING AMPS POLYMER AND POLYSACCHARIDE
The present invention relates to a two-phase composition comprising an oil phase comprising (a) at least one oil, and an aqueous phase comprising: (b) at least one crosslinked or non-crosslinked acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) homopolymer; (c) at least one polysaccharide derived from microorganisms; and (d) water. The composition according to the present invention has two visually distinct phases, can transform into a single phase composition when being mixed, and can maintain the single phase for a long period of time without mixing.
Oral Care Compositions
Described herein are oral care compositions comprising: from about 35 wt. % to about 85 wt. % of an anhydrous solvent system (e.g., 35 wt. % to about 75 wt. %); from about 0.02 wt. % to about 30 wt. % of a peroxide solution comprising: from about 0.01 wt. % to about 15 wt. % of hydrogen peroxide, and from about 0.01 wt. % to about 15 wt. % of water; from about 1 wt. % to about 20 wt. % of a thickening system; wherein the oral care composition has a total water content of less than about 30 wt. %; and wherein all weight percentages are based on the total weight of the oral care composition. Methods of making and using these compositions are also described herein.
Oral Care Compositions
Disclosed herein are oral care compositions that may include, in certain aspects, from about 40 wt. % to about 75 wt. % of a humectant; from about 5 wt. % to about 25 wt. % of an abrasive system; from about 0.3 wt. % to about 1 wt. % of a thickening system; and particles having a refractive index of from about 1.0 to about 2.5; wherein the composition is substantially free of a titanium containing material. Methods of making and using the oral care compositions are also provided.
ANTIMICROBIAL SKIN CREAM
This invention relates to compounds that treat microbial skin infections. Previously, powered forms of talk were difficult to apply to skin without becoming a lung irritant. Embodiments of the present invention use talc, lanolin, petroleum jelly, sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium chloride, water, sodium salicylate, Lauryl ether sulfate, Isopropyl palmitate, propylene glycol, mineral oil, and sodium benzoate.
W/O/W EMULSION COMPOSITION
A W/O/W emulsion composition comprising a large amount of silicone oil and having a high viscosity and a high stability is provided.
The W/O/W emulsion composition comprises: an inner aqueous phase; an oil phase in which the inner aqueous phase is dispersed; and an outer aqueous phase in which the oil phase is dispersed,
wherein the inner aqueous phase comprises an osmotic pressure regulator that prepares the inner aqueous phase to have a higher osmotic pressure than the outer aqueous phase, the oil phase comprises a silicone oil that is 0.5 times by mass or greater of the total oil phase, and a silicone-based surfactant having a silicone skeleton as a main skeleton and a hydrophilic group in a side chain, and the outer aqueous phase comprises a polyol and an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer.
Personal Care Formulations
Personal care compositions for improving the appearance and/or health of skin are provided herein. In accordance with an aspect, provided is a personal care formulation comprising an alpha hydroxy acid; a beta hydroxy acid; and polyhydroxy acid comprising gluconodeltalactone. According to another aspect, a personal care formulation is provided that comprises an alpha hydroxy acid; a beta hydroxy acid; and polyhydroxy acid, wherein the personal care formulation has a weight ratio of alpha hydroxy acid to polyhydroxy acid is about 5:1 to about 1:4, and wherein the personal care formulation has a weight ratio of beta hydroxy acid to polyhydroxy acid is about 1:1 to about 1:11.
