A topical composition comprising an aqueous-based composition comprising cannabinoids, in particular cannabidiol, in niosomes having size lower than 500 nm, and at least one topically acceptable excipient, characterized in that said niosomes comprise (i) at least one linear or branched polyglycerol, esterified with saturated or monounsaturated linear fatty acids, (ii) at least one polysaccharide, and optionally (iii) at least one glycol having 4 to 16 carbon atoms.

A dialkyl amidoamine which is the reaction product of a polyamine, a monocarboxylic acid, or a triglyceride or derivative thereof, and optionally an epoxide-containing compound is described. The dialkyl amidoamine may be used as a conditioning agent or anti-frizz agent useful in personal care applications, particularly in the conditioning of hair. A composition and a process for modifying hair are disclosed. The process includes coating hair fibers with a composition comprising propylene carbonate and a glycol selected from at least one of propylene glycol, 1,3-propane diol, dipropylene glycol, tripropylene glycol, and mixtures thereof and contacting the coated hair with a heating appliance at a temperature of at least 150° C. for a sufficient time to modify the hair fibers.

Consumable abrasive-containing oral hygiene tablets are described. The tablets include glycine as an abrasive. The glycine average (Mv) particle size may be greater than 45 μm. The tablets may be used with an oral irrigator and, when placed in the irrigator's fluid flow path, may disintegrate, release the abrasive, and improve the cleaning efficacy of the irrigator.
