A hair conditioner composition with a gel network, a soluble anti-dandruff active, and a preservation system. The preservation system can include an ingredient selected from the group consisting of glycol, glyceryl ester, glyceryl ethers and combinations thereof. There may be no visible crystals of the soluble anti-dandruff active in the condition composition.

A cosmetic composition in powder form for the care of keratinous fibres, which contains specific amounts of at least one surfactant, at least one binder and/or thickener and at least one hair-conditioning active ingredient, and which is dissolved and foamed in contact with water. The present invention further relates to a method of conditioning hair using the powder cosmetic composition.

A cleansing composition includes at least one polymeric thickener having a high electrolyte property and at least one anionic surfactant. The cleansing composition is a gel having a viscosity greater than 25,000 cps. In some embodiments, the cleansing composition is essentially free of sulfates and is essentially free of emulsifiers. This invention relates to stabilizer concentrates which improve the stability of mono- and/or diesters of mono- and/or diethylene glycol wax dispersions in personal care compositions, wherein the stabilizer concentrates comprising hydrogenated castor oil and betaines and are free of anionic surfactants.

Provided herein are sunscreen formulations containing a metal oxide sunscreen, squalane, and an antioxidant. The sunscreen formulations provided have increased SPF per unit mass of the metal oxide compared to sunscreen formulations that contain metal oxide without the addition of squalane and antioxidant. Also provided are methods of preventing UV damages to skin involving the application of the sunscreen formulation.
