Cosmetic composition and its use, dermocosmetic formulation
The present invention relates to dermocosmetic formulations for use in combating skin aging, especially photoaging. The present invention promotes the increase of the synthesis of collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans (GAG), in addition to significantly increase the activity of the superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD) and the cell proliferation.
Cosmetic composition and its use, dermocosmetic formulation
The present invention refers to dermocosmetic formulations for use against skin blemishes, especially melasma. The present invention minimizes or avoids the formation of melasma by acting in several stages of melanogenesis. A preferred embodiment of the invention refers to dermocosmetic formulations that act in several stages of melanogenesis, preferably, in the gene expression of tyrosinase-related proteins (TYRP-1 and TYRP-2) and Endothelin-1 (ET-1). Another embodiment of the invention refers to the cosmetic composition containing a combination of active ingredients that act on the gene expression of tyrosinase-related proteins (TYRP-1 and TYRP-2) and Endothelin-1 (ET-1). In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the use of said cosmetic composition to combat melasma is described.
HAIR GROWTH AGENT
To provide a hair growth agent which is a topical agent that exhibits effect in terms of causing increase in hair shaft diameter and improving maximum hair shaft length and improving hair shaft elongation rate and new hair growth and increasing expression of genes contributing to hair growth in dermal papilla cells and promoting hair shaft growth at head hair, eyelashes, and/or eyebrows, a hair growth agent which is a topical agent is made to contain active ingredients in the form of palmitoyl dipeptide-5 diaminobutyloyl hydroxythreonine and palmitoyl dipeptide-5 diaminohydroxybutyrate.
TOPICAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING SKIN WOUNDS
A composition for treating skin wounds of an individual is disclosed. The composition is an extract that contains Zinc Gluconate, Lysine, Taurine, Potassium Gluconate, Carboxy Methyl Cellulose, Glycerin, Allantoin, water, Hydrogen chloride (HCl), Lidocaine, Niacin, Valine, L-Isoleucine, Proline, L-Arginine, Threonine, Glutamine, Histidine, Serine, Asparagine, Tyrosine, Cysteine, and pentapeptide for example, Enkephalin. The composition could be applied to the affected skin for effectively treating skin wounds, reducing expression lines, and relaxing muscle contractions, thereby reducing skin wrinkles, and smoothening skin.
