A dispenser is disclosed for a solid or semi-solid product that includes an outer shell and a slider disposed inside the outer shell. The dispenser also includes an inner shell defining an opening and a carrier adapted to retain the product in the inner shell. The carrier includes carrier teeth that are engaged by an actuator connected between the slider and the carrier for advancing the carrier and the product. The actuator includes at least two drive arms that extend through the inner shell and into the carrier. The drive arms include drive teeth that are adapted to engage the carrier teeth. The carrier and product are replaceable, and the outer shell, the inner shell, and the actuator may be reused.

When the piece is in its first position and when the support is in its retracted position, the magnetic forces between these elements hold the support. The outer shell can rotate relative to the holder via a hinge and then push a support cup that contains the product along a channel and through an orifice in the holder, thus exposing the product for use. In an embodiment, the holder contains an indentation or hole that locks with a corresponding peg located the outer shell when closed. In an embodiment, the holder and outer shell are prevented from moving longitudinally relative to one another by virtue of configuring the lower position of the guideway such that it beneficially locks with the guide when the device is in a closed position.

The rod-shaped cosmetic material feeding container includes a female screw portion provided with a female screw for screw engagement with a male screw of a rod-shaped cosmetic material support, a coil spring that restrains the female screw portion from moving forward in an axial direction, and a resin spring that restrains the female screw portion from moving rearward in the axial direction. An impact in the axial direction that acts on the female screw portion is absorbed by one spring, and an impact due to a restoring force at the time of restoration of one spring is absorbed by the other spring, whereby a rod-shaped cosmetic material supported by the rod-shaped cosmetic material support put in screw engagement with the female screw portion is sufficiently protected.

A system for holding a stick in a casing includes an inner cup provided with a plurality of at least partially flexible claws that can assume two positions:—an open position, in which the claws allow the stick to be inserted into the inner cup;—a blocked position in which the claws can penetrate into the stick previously inserted into the inner cup in order to block it; the system further including an outer cup of which the dimensions are designed to allow the claws to shift from the open position to the closed position, and elements for locking the inner cup in the outer cup when the claws are in the blocked position.
