The actuator includes a pusher fork that extends from the slider to the carrier pusher. The pusher fork has a first set of teeth that are connected to a second set of teeth provided on the carrier pusher.

A glue-free lipstick case that comprises an A-shell and cam sleeve with no glue in between. The cam sleeve is provided with one or more flexible tabs on its outer surface. The flexible tabs bias in a radially outward direction. The A-shell member fits snugly over the cam sleeve and flexible tabs, such that the outward pressure exerted by the tabs on the inner surface of the cam sleeve helps to ensure that the two members move as one.

The solid elements rupture includes a first stage at an exit from the reservoir forming a first portion of the guide duct and includes a changing transverse cross-section that has, at the exit, edges projecting within the guide duct. A second stage, near the dispensing tip, forms a second portion of the guide duct having a progressing cross-sectional restriction. The invention also relates to an assembly that includes such device and a cosmetic or care product that includes solid elements in suspension.

The interior of the container includes a plurality of lipsticks that can be advanced from the container via a slide as desired by the user. Particularly, a desired lipstick color can be selected by the user. The corresponding compartment slide can be moved in an upward direction along a groove to elevate the desired lipstick from an outlet in the lid. The lipstick can then be applied as needed by a user. When the slide is manipulated in a downward direction, the lipstick is reverted into the container interior for storage.

The product stick carrier (210) includes a product stick support (225). The outer sleeve (206) is a cylindrical tube disposed radially outwardly of the product stick carrier (210). The product stick carrier (210) is fixed relative to the outer sleeve (206). The product concealing sleeve (208) is a cylindrical tube disposed radially inwardly of the outer sleeve (206) and is retractable from a first, fully extended position relative to the outer sleeve (206) and product stick carrier (210) for concealing a product stick (204) supported by the product stick support (225) in use in order to expose the product stick (204). The product concealing sleeve (208) is disposed radially outwardly of the product stick carrier (210) between the product stick carrier (210) and the outer sleeve (206). Inter-engaging formations are associated with either the product concealing sleeve (208) and the outer sleeve (206) or the product stick carrier (210) and product concealing sleeve (208). The inter-engaging formations cooperate with one another to prevent advancement of the product concealing sleeve (208) relative to the outer sleeve (206) and product stick carrier (210) beyond a set point so as to define the first, fully extended position. The outer sleeve (206), product concealing sleeve (208) and product stick carrier (210) are each formed of a paper-based or card-based material.
