REFILLABLE ASSEMBLY FOR DISPENSING COSMETIC PRODUCT
A refillable assembly for dispensing cosmetic product, including a base and a cartridge selectively connectable with the base. The base includes a cartridge receiving element and a cartridge locking element. The locking element is movable relative to the receiving element at least in rotation about the longitudinal axis in a first direction towards an open position and in a second direction towards a closed position. In the open position, the cartridge is movable relative to the base along the longitudinal axis; in the closed position when the cartridge is inserted into the base the cartridge is integral with the base along the longitudinal axis.

MECHANICAL COUPLING OF A COSMETIC PRODUCT CONTAINER
A container for a cosmetic product, including an outer part that includes a bottom and a side wall extending from the bottom, and an inner part that includes a bottom and a side wall extending from the bottom, the inner part being inserted and fastened in the outer part as a result of the bottom of the outer part including a bridge-type tongue and the bottom of the inner part including a claw, the claw engaging beneath the tongue, fastening the inner part inside the outer part.

Dual-Ended Lip Balm Container
A three to six sided lip balm applicator of the present invention comprises a cap, a liner, and a base, having engagement assemblies for engaging the cap to the liner, the liner to the base, and a base from one lip balm applicator to an equivalent base from another lip balm applicator to form a lip balm container. The base comprises a partition with stabilizers which emerge from the partition and extend radially toward and overhang an aperture in the partition. The lip balm applicator may contain a domed lip balm, filled directly into the lip balm applicator or components thereof as a mold for manufacturing the domed lip balm, filled to a fill level approaching the partition top but not touching the partition top.
LIPSTICKS AND LIP APPLICATORS
A lip application device, such as a lipstick, may have four peripheral portions in its cross section. The cross section may have a center through which a radial axis extends in parallel to the cross section, dividing the cross section into left and right sides. A first portion may form a first arc centered at the radial axis and having an outward radial direction stemming from the center. A second portion may form a second arc centered at the radial axis and having an outward radial direction stemming from the center, the second arc being opposite to the first arc and being longer than the first arc. A third portion and a fourth portion may be substantially straight lines, one connecting the ends points of the two arcs in the left side and other connecting the end points of the two arcs in the right side.

Applicator device for a product in stick form and use of same
An applicator device comprising a tubular base, a sleeve mounted rotating on the tubular base between a storage position and a use position, an end cover designed to close the sleeve, a maneuvering mechanism comprising first and second parts rotatably mounted relative to each other, and a cup carrying a stick of product, the first and second parts being driven in rotation respectively with the tubular base and the sleeve and being designed to move the cup axially when the sleeve rotates on the tubular base. The first and second parts of the maneuvering mechanism are mounted axially sliding respectively relative to the tubular base and to the sleeve, and are moved axially in the outlet direction of the stick of product when the sleeve is rotated towards the storage position from an intermediate angular position.
