The elastic mechanism is disposed between the first part of the inner sleeve and the inner wall of the tubular housing. The lip tint container comprises a casing (11) with a transparent window (111); a pressure piston (12) displaced as moving up and down into the casing (11); a moving regulating unit (14) coupled to the upper end of the pressure piston (12) for moving it upward and downward; a controlling unit (13) to limit the movement of the pressure piston (12) by elasticity; a tint cylinder (15) where the lower part of the pressure piston (12) enters and a tint component is stored; and a tint tool (16) coupled to the lower part of the tint cylinder (15) and maintaining some tint component divided by the operation of the regulating unit (14).
