Tensioning device for an agricultural machine
A header for a combine harvester includes a conveyor belt for conveying crop material in a conveyance direction, and an adjusting device for adjusting a tension of the conveyor belt. The adjusting device includes a cable that is movable with respect to a frame member of the header. A portion of the cable that is either directly or indirectly attached to one end of a roller for the conveyor belt extends either parallel to or substantially parallel to a tensioning direction of the conveyor belt for adjusting the tension of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt may be an infeed conveyor belt or a lateral conveyor belt of a draper header, for example.

Draper Head with a Center Draper Belt Frame
A draper head has a draper head frame and an attachment frame for connection to a feeder housing of a harvester. The draper head frame is connected to swing arms facing in working direction and having front ends movable vertically. The front ends of the swing arms are connected to a blade angle section provided with cutting elements. A center draper belt frame is pivotably arranged at the draper head frame and has a center draper belt disposed thereat. Transverse conveyor belts convey crop transversely to the working direction to the center draper belt which conveys crop rearwardly toward a discharge opening of the draper head. A rotary conveyor is arranged upstream of the discharge opening for conveying the crop toward the discharge opening. A rotation axis of a rearward shaft of the center draper belt and a rotation axis of the center draper belt frame are concentrically arranged.

Agricultural vehicle with adjustable maximum speed resolution
An agricultural vehicle includes a chassis, a header carried by the chassis, an operator cab carried by the chassis, wheels carried by the chassis, at least one wheel driver coupled to at least one of the wheels and configured to drive the at least one coupled wheel at a wheel drive speed, a control handle placed in the operator cab that is displaceable from a zero speed position to a maximum speed position, and a controller operably coupled to the at least one wheel driver. The controller is configured to receive a header type signal indicating a header type of the header and output a resolution signal to the at least one wheel driver to define the maximum speed amount based at least partially on the received header type signal.
CROP CONVEYOR COUPLING MECHANISM
A coupling mechanism for coupling a crop conveyor unit 15, for creating a swath behind an agricultural machine, to a mounting structure 10 attached to an agricultural operating unit, e.g. a mower 21. The coupling mechanism consists of gendered elements 65/66, at least one of which is tapered, such that the connection is self-guiding into the engaged configuration. A quick coupling method is described where the conveyor unit 15 is rolled on wheels to locate the male element 11 underneath the female element 12. The mounting structure is raised such that the male element engages the female element and optional locking pins secure the engaged parts together. Quick de-coupling is performed by reversal of the coupling method.

MERGER AND MERGER ASSEMBLY
A merger that picks up and distributes materials from a ground surface is provided. The merger includes a frame that provides support to the merger, a pick-up head affixed to the frame that lifts the materials from the ground surface, a height adjuster affixed to the frame that maintains a minimum clearance between the ground surface and the pick-up head, and a conveyor affixed to the frame that receives the materials from the pick-up head. The conveyor includes a first belt and a second belt that independently distributes the materials on the ground surface from at least one of a first side of the frame and a second side of the frame.
FOLDING REAR CROSS SYSTEM
A folding rear cross system for a harvesting device having a harvesting direction and a discharge includes first and second substantially linearly aligned reversible endless belt sections, positioned near the discharge and oriented transverse to the harvesting direction. Each belt section has an inboard end disposed in overlapping relationship with the inboard end of the other. A lifting device is attached to selectively lift and lower the first and second reversible endless belt sections to reverse the overlapping relationship
Agricultural working machine
An agricultural working machine embodying a combine harvester for processing crop includes an intake conveyor mechanism for picking up the crop, a moisture content sensor arrangement for measuring a moisture content of the picked-up crop and generating a crop moisture signal based on the measured moisture content. A throughput sensor arrangement, preferably a layer thickness sensor arrangement, determines a throughput quantity of the picked-up crop. The crop moisture content signal is corrected on a basis of the throughput quantity that is determined.
