WRITING, DRAWING, MARKING AND/OR PAINTING UTENSIL OR COSMETICS IMPLEMENT OR INPUT DEVICE FOR CONTACT-SENSITIVE SURFACES, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A writing, drawing, marking and/or painting utensil or cosmetics implement or input device for contact-sensitive surfaces, wherein the utensil/implement/device includes at least one shank element made of plastics material or a plastics-containing wood substitute. The at least one shank element has a surface or in that the at least one shank element has a surface which is sheathed in a material layer having a cover surface. The surface of the shank element or the cover surface of the material layer is in the form of a haptic and/or non-slip layer. The haptic and/or non-slip layer has a structure formed in one piece with the shank element and/or the material layer. The structure is formed by corrugation.

Cosmetic applicator
Applicator for applying a cosmetic product to human keratin materials, having: a holder and an applicator tip (20), of longitudinal axis (X), that is carried by the holder and has: a base part (22), of axis (X), for fastening to the holder by way of at least one of its portions, and an application part (24) that is attached to the base part (22) and has at least three surfaces (26, 28, 30), each having a contour formed by at least one edge (34), and/or a base line (36) that acts as a junction between the application part (24) and a cylindrical portion, of axis (X), of the base part (22),
the shapes of the contours of the surfaces (26, 28, 30) being different in pairs and not symmetrical to one another about an axis or a median plane.

Dual-Ended Lip Balm Container
A three to six sided lip balm applicator of the present invention comprises a cap, a liner, and a base, having engagement assemblies for engaging the cap to the liner, the liner to the base, and a base from one lip balm applicator to an equivalent base from another lip balm applicator to form a lip balm container. The base comprises a partition with stabilizers which emerge from the partition and extend radially toward and overhang an aperture in the partition. The lip balm applicator may contain a domed lip balm, filled directly into the lip balm applicator or components thereof as a mold for manufacturing the domed lip balm, filled to a fill level approaching the partition top but not touching the partition top.

STACKABLE CONTAINER HAVING OVERHANGING CAP
A stackable container, including a body and a cap threadingly engageable with a neck portion of the body and having a vaulted interior and a top portion formed with a frustrum-shaped depression for snap-registered engagement with a base portion of a counterpart of the body, the cap further including handle projections and a skirt. Opposite stop structures prevent rotation of the cap relative to the body beyond predetermined threaded engagement; a detent releasably captures the body in the predetermined threaded engagement. A base portion of the body having inclined side walls facilitates rotation of the body with respect to the cap. The skirt guides the body into alignment with the cap. The base can have four of the side walls forming a square, the containers of a stack having any of four relative orientations. A consumable product such as a cosmetic can extend into the cap from the body.
Eyeliner Penciel
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose makeup applicator that comprises, a pencil body having a first body half and a second body half, a refill cavity formed within an encircled sidewall of the first body half, a helix cavity formed within an encircled sidewall of the second body half where the refill cavity and helix cavity are separated by a cavity partition, a lid hingedly attached to the first half of the body and terminates prior to the cavity partition where the second half of the body originates, a displacement mechanism located is configured in the helix cavity of the second body half. In the open position of the lid, a refill cartridge can be placed in the refill cavity, and through the displacement mechanism the refill cartridge moves operably relative to and from the refill cavity of the body.

MULTIPLE COSMETIC HOLDER AND APPLICATOR
A multiple cosmetic holder and applicator includes a plurality of cosmetic cartridges that receive standard cosmetics therein. The cartridges include an upper magnet disposed within the opening, and a lower annular groove on the cylindrical body. A main body holds the plurality of cosmetic cartridges and includes a base with depressions which include a lower magnet therein and which receive the cosmetic cartridges, locking mechanisms which interface with the annular groove of the cartridges to lock the cartridges within the depressions, and an outer case movable relative to the main body which has a pressable button that unlocks the locking mechanism from the cartridge. A removable cap covers the main body, the cartridges, and the standard cosmetics. A selector tube extends through an aperture in the cap to remove the cartridge when the button is pressed and the locking mechanism is unlocked.
