The instant invention discloses a device and methods that allows untrained users to reproducibly generate facial segmentation lines to the face. The segmentation lines are then filled with makeup to achieve a desired result. The facial segmentation device comprises an applicator that is very thin, and therefore, does not obstruct the visibly of users when applying segmentation line to the face—particularly around the eyes. The facial segmentation device and methods disclosed provides individuals an economical, easy to use solution for achieving a desired make up effect.
