PEPTIDES AND COMBINATION OF PEPTIDES FOR USE IN IMMUNOTHERAPY AGAINST HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA (HCC) AND OTHER CANCERS
A method of eliciting an immune response in a patient who has a cancer includes administering to said patient a composition containing a population of activated T cells that selectively recognize the cancer cells in the patient that aberrantly express a peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of GVYDGEEHSV (SEQ ID NO: 303), in which the peptide is in a complex with an MHC molecule.
SULFUR AND AMIDE TROPOLONE INHIBITORS OF NUCLEOTIDYL TRANSFERASES AND USES THEREFOR
The present disclosure provides inhibitors of microorganisms including viruses and fungi of the formula (I) or (II) wherein the variables are defined herein. Also provided are methods of treatment using these agents in the treatment of infections of microorganisms such as viruses and fungi.

COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR TREATING HEPATITIS B VIRUS (HBV) INFECTION
The present disclosure provides methods for treating HBV infection using an siRNA that targets an HBV gene. In some embodiments, the method for treating HBV involves co-administration of siRNA with PEG-INFα.
METHODS FOR TREATING SARS-COV-2 INFECTION
The present disclosure provides small hairpin nucleic acid molecules capable of stimulating interferon production. The nucleic acid molecules of the present disclosure has a double-stranded section of less than 19 base pairs and at least one blunt end. In certain embodiments, the molecule comprises at least one 5′-triphosphate and/or at least one 5′-diphosphate. In certain embodiments, compounds and/or compositions of the disclosure are useful for treating, ameliorating, and/or preventing SARS-CoV-2 viral infection, and/or ameliorating, minimizing, reversing, and/or preventing persistent SARS-CoV-2 viral infection, and/or minimizing or preventing SARS-CoV-2 viral infection-derived mortality and/or lethality, in a subject. In certain embodiments, compounds and/or compositions of the disclosure are useful for treating, ameliorating, and/or preventing SARS-CoV-2 viral infection in a tumor-bearing subject. In certain embodiments, compounds and/or compositions of the disclosure are useful for treating, ameliorating, and/or preventing SARS-CoV-2 viral infection in an immune-compromised and/or immunodeficient subject.
TOPICAL THERAPEUTIC FORMULATIONS
The invention provides topical compositions and methods for using the compositions. The compositions can be used for the treatment of fibrotic or connective tissue disorders involving scarring, sub-dermal plaque accumulations, or fibrosis of muscle tissue. The disorders can be painlessly treated by the topical application of a composition described herein. One or more calcium channel blocker agents can serve as an active ingredient of the compositions, optionally in combination with, for example, one or more of emu oil and superoxide dismutase. The composition can further include pharmaceutically acceptable carriers that can facilitate the non-invasive transdermal delivery of the active(s) to subdermal sites.

TREATMENT OF CANCERS WITH GM-CSF ANTAGONISTS
The present invention provides, among other things, a method of treating cancer comprising administering a GM-CSF antagonist to the patient in need of treatment, wherein the administration of the GM-CSF antagonist results in inhibition of an immunosuppressive activity of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs). The present invention also provides, among other things, a method of inhibiting immunosuppressive activity of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in a patient suffering from cancer comprising administering a GM-CSF antagonist to the patient.
