Pneumococcal polysaccharides and their use in immunogenic polysaccharide-carrier protein conjugates
The present invention provides capsular polysaccharides from Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes identified using NMR. The present invention further provides polysaccharide-protein conjugates in which capsular polysaccharides from one or more of these serotypes are conjugated to a carrier protein such as CRM197. Polysaccharide-protein conjugates from one or more of these serotypes may be included in multivalent pneumococcal conjugate vaccines having polysaccharides from multiple additional Steptococcus pneumoniae serotypes.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION OF A BACTERIAL SACCHARIDE GLYCOCONJUGATE VACCINE
The present invention provides a glycoconjugate for administration to a subject in a method comprising the steps of: (i) administering a first dose of glycoconjugate; (ii) subsequently administering a second dose of glycoconjugate; wherein the amount of glycoconjugate in the first dose or first and second doses are atypically low, and also related aspects.
IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CONJUGATED CAPSULAR SACCHARIDE ANTIGENS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to new conjugated capsular saccharide antigens (glycoconjugates), immunogenic compositions comprising said glycoconjugates and uses thereof.
IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CONJUGATED CAPSULAR SACCHARIDE ANTIGENS AND USES THEREOF
The present invention relates to new conjugated capsular saccharide antigens (glycoconjugates), immunogenic compositions comprising said glycoconjugates and uses thereof.
BICYCLIC PEPTIDE LIGANDS SPECIFIC FOR MT1-MMP
The present invention relates to polypeptides which are covalently bound to non-aromatic molecular scaffolds such that two or more peptide loops are subtended between attachment points to the scaffold. In particular, the invention describes peptides which are high affinity binders of membrane type 1 metalloprotease (MT1-MMP), such as the collagen binding site of MT1-MMP. The invention also describes drug conjugates comprising said peptides, conjugated to one or more effector and/or functional groups which have utility in imaging and targeted cancer therapy.
Antibodies Against Fentanyl and Fentanyl Analogs
The present disclosure is directed to isolated recombinant antibodies, or antigen-binding fragments thereof, that bind to fentanyl or fentanyl analogs. The novel antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof can be used to detect, diagnose, treat, and/or prevent opioid use disorder.
Anti-CD19 antibodies
The present disclosure provides anti-CD19 antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof, isolated polynucleotides encoding the same, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and the uses thereof.
PEPTIDES TARGETING MACROPHAGES, AND CONJUGATES, COMPOSITIONS, AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to polypeptides that target macrophages, and conjugates, compositions, and uses thereof. The polypeptides are selective for M2-type, M1-type, and/or M0-type macrophages, such as tumor-associated macrophages.
