COMPLEX OF IMPLANT AND CULTURED PERIODONTAL LIGAMENT CELL SHEET, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME
A complex of implant and cultured periodontal ligament cell sheet, that can be satisfactorily stabilized into the bone through periodontal ligament tissue, is provided. A fixture of the inserted implant is coated with calcium phosphate and the cultured periodontal ligament cell sheet is brought into intimate contact with the implant.
MATERIALS AND METHODS FOR FILLING DENTAL BONE VOIDS
Materials and methods for dental bone void filling such as during a sinus lift procedure are provided. A peptide comprising between about 7 amino acids and about 32 amino acids in a solution may be introduced to a target site. The peptide may undergo self-organization under physiological conditions and/or in the presence of a cation.
Methods of Designing and Manufacturing Customized Dental Prosthesis For Periodontal or Osseointegration and Related Systems
Methods of manufacturing dental prosthesis/implants each to replace a non-functional natural tooth positioned in a jawbone of a specific pre-identified patient are provided. An example method includes the steps of receiving imaging data such as x-ray image data and surface scan data of a dental anatomy and/or a physical impression of the dental anatomy of a specific preidentified patient. The steps can also include forming a three-dimensional virtual model of at least portions of a non-functional natural tooth positioned in the jawbone of the specific pre-identified patient based on the imaging and surface scan data, virtually designing a dental implant based upon the virtual model, exporting the data describing the designed dental implant to a manufacturing machine, and custom manufacturing the dental implant for the specific patient.

BISPHOSPHONATE LIPIDS, LIPID NANOPARTICLE COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING THE SAME, MINERAL TISSUE-ADSORBED COMPOSITIONS THEREOF, AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Described herein, in part, are bisphosphonate lipid compounds, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) thereof, and methods of use thereof. In various embodiments, the LNP selectively targets a cell of interest (e.g., a bone cell and/or bone marrow cell, such as a stem cell, stroma cell, osteoblast, osteocyte, osteoclast, bone lining cell, local mesenchymal cell, progenitor cell, mononuclear blood-borne precursor cell, B cell, endothelial cell, granulocytes, T cell, monocytic lineage, B cell lineage, monocytes, cancer cell, tumor cell, tumor cell that metastasize to bone, blood cancer cell, and multiple myeloma cell, inter alia). In other aspects, the present disclosure relates to methods for in vivo delivery of therapeutic agents to prevent or treat diseases, disorders, or conditions using the LNP compositions of the disclosure.
