A dropper package for dispensing and applying a fluid product, comprising a container body for storing the fluid product and a dropper assembly coupled to one end of the container body. The dropper assembly comprises a deformable bulb, a tube with its proximal end connected to the deformable bulb, and an applicator tip connected to a distal end of the tube. The applicator tip comprises two main application faces that are opposite to each other and a central through cavity that opens to the outside from both the main application faces. The applicator tip includes a dispensing channel that is in fluid communication with a channel of the tube and terminates in a dispensing orifice that opens into the central through cavity. The dropper package is adapted to apply and dispense the fluid product in a very controlled manner as well as massage the user's keratinous surface.

A cosmetic applicator for applying a cosmetic or care product includes a stem having a vertical axis and a roller rotatably and pivotably connected to the bottom end of the stem such that the roller pivots around the vertical axis and rotates around a horizontal axis transverse to the vertical axis.

Flexible tilting skin contacting devices are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an apparatus includes an applicator that is to contact skin surface, and a base connectable or detachable from the applicator. The applicator comprises first, second, and third portions. The second portion is disposed between and connected to the first and third portions along the rotation axis of the applicator. The first portion comprises an outwardly curved disc with at least one tip protruding from a major surface of the first portion, the second portion comprises an elastomeric material configured to flex proportionately in response to respective contact pressure on the at least one tip with the skin surface during rotation of the first portion, and the first portion is to tilt in a plane different from a rotation plane associated with the rotation axis in accordance with the flexing of the second portion.

Disclosed is a disposable hair conditioning cap to facilitate deep hair conditioning. The disposable hair conditioning cap may include a plurality of fabric layers conforming to a crown of a user. Further, the disposable hair conditioning cap may include at least one heating element disposed within at least one of the plurality of fabric layers. Further, the at least one heating element is configured to generate heat based on contact of the at least one heating element with at least one activating substance.

An applicator device or dispenser includes an applicator tip assembly and a housing which may, in some examples, have a reservoir for containing a product, such as a cosmetics product or a medicinal product. The applicator tip assembly may be coupled to the housing and may comprise a thermal storage applicator portion having an application face for applying the product to a surface, the thermal storage applicator portion being made from a material that is capable of storing and retaining and/or transferring thermal energy during application of the product. A cosmetic activator system for activating a cosmetic is provided including: an activator having an energy source configured to emit an energy pulse and a controller; and an imprinter having an imprint pattern and at least one activation element configured to be in communication with the energy source, wherein the imprinter is configured to create an imprint on the cosmetic.

A finger sleeve for the application of a topical agent is provided. The finger sleeve is made from material that enables heat to transfer from the user's finger to the applied topical agent, while not absorbing any of the topical agent. The finger sleeve moves between a rolled condition and an unrolled condition over a user's finger for enabling them to apply the topical agent directly.

A cosmetic applicator includes a container for containing a product to be dispensed and a tip threadably retained on the container. The tip includes an application surface including a thermal member and an opening in the application surface in fluid communication with the container through which the product is dispensed.
