Process for manufacturing a padding device for a carrying belt system for a respirator
A process manufactures a padding device (10a; 10b; 10c; 10d; 10e), for a carrying belt system (100) for a respirator (1000), having a closed pad core shell (20) and a pad core (30) configured in the pad core shell. The process includes injection molding a hollow profiled section, inserting of a pad core material into the hollow profiled section for forming the pad core in the hollow profiled section, and closing the hollow profiled section (21) for creating the closed pad core shell (20). The padding device (10a; 10b; 10c; 10d; 10e) has a closed pad core shell (20) and a pad core (30) arranged in the pad core shell. The pad core shell is seamless as an injection-molded component in at least some sections. A carrying belt system as well as a respirator with the carrying belt system are provided with the belt system having the padding device.
Storage container with adjustable, convertible strap
A reconfigurable waterproof bag is defined by a plurality of material surfaces extending in three dimensions, a strap for carrying the bag, and one or plurality of strap guide(s) into which the strap is disposed and through which the strap may be moved, the strap guide extending within or without the bag from any one of the plurality of surfaces to any other one of the plurality of material surfaces in three dimensional space without limitation to define a geometry of a strap path and coupling of the strap to the bag so that the bag is reconfigurable in a plurality of different carrying modes.
TOOL BELT WITH SPEAKERS
A tool belt, including a main body including an adjustable belt to allow a user to wear the tool belt, at least one speaker disposed on the main body, and a battery disposed within the main body to provide power to the at least one speaker.
Stowable Garment System with Quick Release Mechanism
Aspects herein are directed to a stowable garment system that allows for quick deployment and donning of an upper-body garment that is stowed within a pouch located on the front of a belt structure configured to encircle the waist of a wearer. The garment comprises at least a front section and a back section, where a portion of the front section is attached to the pouch. The garment further comprises a first tab extending from a bottom margin at a first side of the back section and a second tab extending from the bottom margin at a second opposite side of the back section. When stowed within the pouch, the tabs extend through one or more openings in the pouch. The wearer may exert tension on the tabs to actuate a quick-release mechanism causing the pouch to open, and enabling the garment to be deployed and donned.
Tool pouch with bi-stable hinged closures
A tool pouch, tool bag, utility pouch, or similar, comprising one or more individual tool pouches, used by tradesmen in difficult and/or dangerous environments where it would be convenient and preferred for safety reasons for the tool pouches to remain closed or remain open without manual intervention. Tool pouches within a tool pouch are configured with bi-stable hinges in which an over-center cam-spring arrangement alternatively maintains either a fully-closed or a fully-open configuration until an intentional opening or closing action by a user. Individual tool pouches within a tool pouch may be opened or closed independently of the open or closed positions of other tool pouches.
PANEL AND SYSTEM FOR LOAD CARRIAGE AND PROTECTION FOR TACTICAL AND NON-TACTICAL GARMENTS
A panel covers a release mechanism of a garment and enables the mounting of pouches and equipment thereon. The panel includes a reinforcement structure, a fabric having mounting slots wound over the reinforcement structure, and a securing mechanism that secures the panel to the release mechanism of the garment. Also, a garment may include a built-in panel that covers a release mechanism and enables mounting of pouches and equipment thereon. The garment includes a main garment portion, a release mechanism extending from an open end of the garment, and the built-in panel incorporated into the main garment portion.
Waist Wearable Fishing Kit
A waist wearable fishing kit enabling impromptu fishing includes a strap and a fishing rod. A first and a second coupler, which are complementary, are coupled to a first and a second end of the strap, respectively. The strap is configured to loopedly position around a waist of a user, positioning the second coupler to couple to the first coupler. A pouch, which is water-impermeable, is coupled to the strap. An aperture that is positioned in a top of the pouch is configured to allow access to the pouch. A closure that is coupled to the pouch proximate to the aperture is positioned to selectively sealably close the aperture. A reel fitted with a line is coupled to the fishing rod, which comprises a plurality of sections that are selectively interconnectable so that the fishing rod is collapsible to stow in the pouch, positioning the user for impromptu fishing.
Retainer
A retainer operable to hold a race number bib includes a front panel and a rear panel joined by an elbow and with a latch. One or more lateral projections is provided on the retainer to allow a user to open or close the retainer. Internal projections may provide gripping surfaces, and in some cases they extend through holes formed in one of the panels. A belt hook may be provided to secure a retainer to a belt.
CARRYING CASE FOR MINIATURE LIQUOR BOTTLES
A carrying case for miniature liquor bottles has an outer shell closable about its perimeter with one or more panels having a plurality of pockets attached inside the outer shell. Each panel has a plurality of pockets attached thereto, with each pocket configured to retain a miniature liquor bottle therein. A front side of each pocket includes a see-through material so that a label of each miniature liquor bottle is visible. The open top edge of each pocket has an elastomeric banding that provides an elastic opening to the pocket to hold the miniature liquor bottle therein.
Public safety smart belt
A smart belt system worn by a person comprising an elongated belt configured for removably coupling a plurality of devices, a GPS component coupled to the belt configured to track the geo-location and movement of the belt, a microprocessor coupled to the belt, logic instructions executing by the microprocessor configured to monitor and regulate the activities of the plurality of devices and geo-location and movement data generated by the GPS component, a memory component configured for storing the logic instructions and accessible by the microprocessor, a wireless data communications system coupled to the belt configured to wirelessly communicate with an external data communications system and the microprocessor, a power and data bus disposed within the belt and communicatively coupled to at least one of the plurality of devices, GPS component, microprocessor, memory, wireless data communications systems, and data storage component; and a data storage component coupled to the belt and accessible by the microprocessor for storing activity data of at least one of the plurality of devices and the geo-location and movement data of the belt generated by the GPS component.
