Provided are a medicine injecting tip, which injects a medicine into a hole in a skin formed by a needle while invading the needle to a preset depth of a deep portion of the skin, a hand piece equipped with the medicine injecting tip, and a skin treatment device using the medicine injecting tip. The medicine injecting tip includes a cylinder, a plunger that reciprocates downward and upward, and has a first space and a second space formed inside the cylinder, and a needle disposed in the plunger and disposed in the second space of the cylinder. The needle is inserted into a skin and a negative pressure state is formed in the second space when the plunger moves downward, and the needle is discharged from the skin and a positive pressure state is formed in the second space, when the plunger moves upward.

A controller assembly of a fluid delivery apparatus includes a body component and a plunger component slidably coupled to the body component. The plunger is positionable between a first position in which the plunger is nearest to the body component, and a second position in which the plunger component is furthest from the body component. A bias assembly positioned between the body component and the plunger component applies a two stage force profile to the plunger component. The bias assembly includes a first and a second biasing member. In the first position, the first and second biasing members apply first and second forces profiles, respectively, to the plunger component. In the second position, the first biasing member is prevented from applying the first force profile to the plunger component, and the second biasing member applies the second force profile to the plunger component.

A manual injector for skin more easily percutaneously injects into the body liquid nutritional components having skin moisturization, anti-inflammation, skin irritation alleviation, whitening, and anti-wrinkle effects; and a therapeutic agent or an immune activation agent, such as a vaccine, or a skin elasticity nutritional component for skin care. The injector includes: a housing in which liquid nutritional components are charged; a coupling casing mounted to the housing; an opening and closing valve coupled to an inlet hole by passing therethrough and configured to be moveable upward and downward; a bottom casing; a pumping unit having a pressing bar provided therein; a top casing in which a needle hole is formed; and a needle.

A fluid delivery device for administering a first medicament and a second medicament includes a first fluid reservoir configured to contain the first medicament and a second fluid reservoir configured to contain the second medicament. The fluid delivery device may include one or more basal drive mechanisms to provide a basal delivery of one or more of the first and second medicaments. The fluid delivery device may further include one or more bolus drive mechanisms to provide a bolus delivery of one or more of the first and second medicaments.

A medicament delivery device includes a main injection needle for injecting a medicament into the body of a patient. The medicament delivery device includes a pain reduction device for releasing a pain reduction agent into the body of the patient prior the medicament injection. The pain reduction device includes an array of microneedles.

Various systems and methods for the pressure-regulated transfer of medical fluids are disclosed. The system can include an adapter assembly that connects with a medical container and with a syringe assembly. The syringe assembly can include a first reservoir and a second reservoir. In various embodiments, when the adapter assembly and the syringe assembly are coupled, the first reservoir and the container can exchange regulating fluid and the second reservoir and the container can exchange medical liquid from the medical container.

A fluid injection device can include a plurality of needles, a hub from which the needles project, and a base component. The hub can have a directing portion extending therefrom. The plurality of needles can each be in fluid communication with a respective needle base, and the needle bases can at least partially surround the directing portion. The directing portion can extend in a direction away from the hub for diverting flow toward the plurality of needle bases. The base component can be separate from and couplable to the hub such that when coupled thereto, the hub directing portion extends into a cavity of the base component upstream of the plurality of needle bases.

Systems, instruments, methods, and compositions are described involving removing a portion of the epidermis within a donor site on a subject, and harvesting dermal plugs within the donor site. An injectable filler is formed by mincing the dermal plugs. The injectable filler is configured for injecting into a recipient site on the subject.

A device for treating the skin comprises a handpiece assembly having a distal end and a proximal end and a tip on the distal end of the handpiece assembly. The handpiece assembly includes a fluid delivery conduit, a waste conduit and/or an energy delivery conduit. Further, the tip is configured to contact the skin. The tip comprises a peripheral lip and a plurality of needles generally positioned within the peripheral lip. The tip also comprises at least one opening in fluid communication with a fluid delivery conduit, at least one opening in fluid communication with a waste conduit and/or an energy contact point in electrical communication with an energy contact point and energy conduit in the main body portion. The plurality of needles may be movable with respect to the peripheral lip through the use of a pneumatic or other force.

A needle assembly configured to be part of a drug delivery device comprises a plurality of extendable and retractable needles. The needles are fluidly coupled by a flexible connector, which is configured to maintain fluid connection between the needles throughout their movement. When the needles are extended, a first needle pierces a patient's skin, and a second needle pierces a septum of a drug container to deliver a medication. Once the medication has been delivered, the needles may then retract within a needle assembly housing. The needle assembly may also be part of a partially disposable drug delivery device and may be used with multiple different drug cartridges. Multiple embodiments of the needle assembly are disclosed.
