Besides, the containing structure further includes a holding portion. Under a contained state, the holding portion is used to contain smaller objectives; whereas, in an unfolded state, in addition to using the flexible enclosure to contain larger objectives, the holding portion can be also used to contain smaller objectives. The present invention can be also applied to a piece of clothing combined with a bag unit or other flexible enclosure.

The holder has a front/distal case that is removably connected to a back/proximal case so that the two cases can be used together or separately. A multi-clip having a pair of open sections and a base member removably attaches the front case to the back case. A pair of side members guide the multi-clip into place to be received in a clip receiver. The cases are configured be used with various carrying devices that allow the user to carry the holder or one of the cases thereof. In one embodiment, the front case has a back section with a divider that defines separate areas for a film pack and prints and a front section that pivots to open or close the front case and allow access to the items.

A plurality of rings are attached to the back panel to allow the user to convert the strap from a backpack configuration to an over the shoulder configuration without removing or disconnecting the strap. The handle attached to the back panel allows the user to carry the handbag in one's hand or worn in the crook of the elbow. A method of converting the strap from a backpack configuration to an over the shoulder configuration is provided comprising holding the strap at a center section and releasing the handbag to extend a length of the strap for an over a shoulder or a cross-body carrying setting.

The attachment points and loops are distributed such that the bag has at least two configurations: a first configuration wherein one of the attachment points and three of the loops define carrying points for two shoulder straps as a rucksack, and a second configuration wherein the strap extends diagonally across a top part of the storage bin between two of the loops located on the opposite sides, wherein the bag may be carried with the strap extending diagonally across the top part as a shoulder bag.
