UMBRELLA WITH GROUND ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE
An umbrella includes: a pole part having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a pole axis extending through the first end and the second end; an umbrella part at the first end; and a ground engagement structure extending from the second end for engaging a ground. The ground engagement structure includes: a material shifting structure extending radially relative to the pole part; and a material receiving groove adjacent to the material shifting structure.

PORTABLE, SINGLE SUPPORT STAKE RACK FOR SURFBOARDS AND THE LIKE
A single support stake surfboard support for elevating surfboards above a sandy beach. An elongated, hollow support stake, typically having a diagonal cut at its distal end to facilitate pressing the support stake into sand or other terrain. A T-support arm is removably, frictionally attached to a proximal end of the hollow support stake. In a first embodiment, cylindrical polymer cushions are disposed along the T-support arm. In the first embodiment, one or more surfboards may be laid flat across the pair of supports. In a second embodiment, at least two upwardly projecting members are attached to the distal and proximal ends of the T-support arm. Each of the upwardly projecting members may also have one or more cylindrical polymer cushions thereupon. In the second embodiment, up to four surfboards may be accommodated on edge between the upwardly projecting members.

Consumer Product Holder Device
The consumer product holder device of the present invention provides a user with a centrally located, free standing device which can hold multiple beverages and other consumers products simultaneously. More specifically, the consumer product holder device provides a place for the user to hold multiple products in color-coded or personalized beverage holders to keep a beverage and other items or products within arms-length. The device also provides users with a convenient place to store trash, supplies, or sporting items, and to connect an accessory, such as a dry-erase board, light, flag, speaker or other item.

The stand includes an upright rod with a helical coil or flights forming an auger base having a point at the lower distal end to be fixedly and removably screwed into the ground to support the stand in an upright position. The top end of the rod forming the stand body defines an S-shaped loop configured, sized and shaped and disposed at a selected angle to support an article thereon. The top adapter is capable of supporting a decorative element, sign, target, or other element. An S-shaped handle is formed integrally within the support shaft longitudinal member extending from the auger.
SECURING DEVICE
A securing device (10) for securing an article is disclosed. The securing device comprises a main shaft portion (14) and a securing portion (20) on the main shaft portion. The securing portion is a substantially helical elongate portion defining a central space (20A). Holding devices (312, 340), drive transmission devices (102, 202) and indicating devices (332) can be used with the securing device.

DRY AND WET LAND GEAR HOLDER
A dry and wet land gear holder for supporting equipment for a hunter or wildlife observation enthusiasts. The holder includes an upper and lower support members that are telescopically extensible and retractable relative one another. The lower support member has a plurality of outwardly extending legs supporting the holder in a vertical orientation. A plurality of pegs for supporting the user's gear. The holder may be configured with an accessory that is received within a top end of the holder. The accessory may include a camera mount, a sighting rest, and a horizontal support platform, which may be configured as a work surface or a seat. The legs and bottom end of the lower support member may have ground penetrating tips to secure the holder in an upright position relative a ground surface.
