High-low pulley rack system for weight machine
A pulley rack for an exercise machine includes a support frame, an upright extending generally vertically within the support frame, a counterweight having one or more counterweight pulleys, the counterweight moveable in a vertical direction relative to the support frame, one or more guide pulleys mounted to the support frame, a cable end assembly mounted to the upright, and a pull cable having a fixed attachment end connected to the cable end assembly and a pullable end freely passing through the cable end assembly. The pull cable is routed through the cable end assembly, the counterweight pulleys, and guide pulleys such that a force exerted on the pullable end raises the counterweight. A section of the pull cable extends from the pullable end through the cable end assembly and downwardly to one of the guide pulleys mounted below the cable end assembly.
WEIGHT STACK ISOLATOR AND SELECTORIZED MACHINE INCORPORATING THE SAME
A weight stack isolator comprises an impact damper having a rail void therein configured to receive a guide rail of a selectorized machine. The impact damper is shaped to at least partially surround a section of the guide rail when received in the rail void, to secure the weight stack isolator to the selectorized machine. The weight stack isolator may include a slit extending from its outer perimeter to the rail void or the rail void may extend to the outer perimeter, to removably receive the guide rail in the rail void. The weight stack isolator can be positioned under a weight stack of the selectorized machine to absorb or dampen noise and vibration.
WEIGHT PLATE GAP ADJUSTMENT MODULE FOR WEIGHT TRAINING EQUIPMENT
A weight plate gap adjustment module for weight training equipment includes an elastic member located at the topmost weight plate of the weight training equipment and having a supporting portion arranged on the weight plate adjacent to the topmost weight plate, and an adjustment member set on the topmost weight plate and movable toward the elastic member to increase the elastic force of the elastic member, so that when the elastic force of the elastic member is greater than the total weight of the topmost weight plate and the traction shaft, the elastic force of the elastic member drives the elastic member to push the topmost weight plate and the traction shaft to move relative to the other weight plates, allowing the locking pin to be selectively inserted through one weight plate and the traction shaft and joined to the traction shaft.
THERAPEUTIC ISOMETRIC TESTING AND ISOTONIC TRAINING EXERCISE DEVICE
The therapeutic isometric testing and isotonic training exercise device disclosed herein may allow for isometric strength testing and isometric and isotonic strength training of a user to prevent or treat soft and connective tissue deficiencies. The device may comprise, generally, a leg press, chest press, and shrug press exercise device combination having a plurality of electronic components. The device may comprise a seat assembly and weight stack assembly connected to an articulating frame, and may further comprise a weight locking pin and a plurality of load sensors for user work measurements. A proprietary software may be integrated into the device, and each user may have a personal user account and customized training regimen designed for them based on system inputs and readings.
Exercise weight selection device and method
A resistance component configured for imparting a resistive force to a connected exercise component is provided. The device includes a frame pivotally supporting a selection arm which has a weight operatively connected to the selection arm by a pin arm. The weight imparts a force resisting rotation of the selection arm by a flexible member engaged with the exercise component. Adjusting the engagement of one end of the pin arm to an arched engagement path along the selection arm adjusts mechanical advantage and the resistive force.
BENCH PRESS TRAINING MACHINE WITH VARIABLE ARMS OF FORCE
The present utility model relates to a bench press training machine with variable arms of force, including: a machine frame; a longitudinal supporting cushion plate, fixedly connected to the machine frame; and two swinging arms, articulated with the machine frame respectively, where the two swinging arms are arranged on the left and right sides of the supporting cushion plate respectively, the swinging arms extend forward and backward, with the front ends being articulated with the machine frame, and the swinging arms are provided with handles. The training machine further includes: two adjusting pull rods; and adjusting arms, articulated with the swinging arms, where weight plate shafts are fixedly connected to the adjusting arms, the front ends of the adjusting pull rods are articulated with the machine frame, and the rear ends of the adjusting pull rods are articulated with the adjusting arms.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR WEIGHT TRAINING
Exercise equipment for weight training includes first, second, third, and fourth guide rods respectively fitted into first, second, third and fourth bearing bodies such that the first, second, third, and fourth bearing bodies slide up and down along the first, second, third, and fourth guide rods, respectively, as weights are lifted up. First and second bearings provided at each of the first, second, third, and fourth bearing bodies are arranged to crisscross each other to closely contact and support the outer surfaces of the first, second, third and fourth guide rods concurrently, thereby dispersing the load of the lifted weights, which facilitate various weight training movements by using a weight training rod, a horizontal bar, and equipment for parallel exercises.
Measurement system for use in an exercise machine
A measurement system for use in an exercise machine, which exercise machine comprises a lifting mechanism and an engaging member for selectively engaging a number of stacked weights to the lifting mechanism, the measurement system comprising a pair of cooperating members including a range meter and a reflector member, wherein one of the cooperating members is connected to the lifting mechanism and the other of the cooperating members is connected to the engaging member, wherein the range meter is directed to measure a distance to the reflector member to determine a distance which correlates to the weight of the selectively engaged weights.
Gym tower
A gym tower which includes a base and a plurality of internal weights vertically stacked on the base. A frame is connected to the base and extends upward from the base to engage with the plurality of internal weights. A top plate is connected to the frame, so that the base and the plate enclose the plurality of internal weights within the frame. The tower also includes a spine is adapted to selectively engage the plurality of internal weights. A main pulley is connected to the top plate and a main cable is fed through the main pulley. The main cable is connectable to the spine at a first end and includes a connector device at a second end.
