Multifunctional Exercise Machines
A multifunctional exercise machine includes carriages associated with resistance. Cable arm assemblies are mounted on the machine for use in performing desired exercises using the carriages and/or resistance. At least one of the cable arm assemblies is rotatable in a generally horizontal plane and includes arm segments, where one arm segment is rotatable relative to the other arm segment in a generally vertical plane. The machine also includes a vertically adjustable monolift assembly having arms for supporting a barbell in the machine, where the arms are adjustable between multiple different rotatable positions as well as in a direction generally parallel to longitudinal axes of the arms. A bench is provided that can be docked in the machine, and that includes a telescoping support for providing added stability to the bench when desired. A spotting assembly is also provided for use in catching barbells at desired locations in the machine.

Weight lifting and selector pin assembly
A permanently affixed and travelling selector pin, car and weight plate selection mechanism for use with physical fitness equipment is disclosed including a segmented track and/or cut out cavern within the plate body for the car to travel within in either vertically or horizontally in order to select a different weight plate or cumulatively, more or less weight for an exercise. The selector pin and car mechanism features a selector pin which is not removable from the car and is inserted through the car which is contained by the track and or plate body shape and into a throughbore in the weight plate in order to engage with the selector stem.
SPOTTING BAR FOR WEIGHT LIFTING AND METHOD OF USE
A variable height adjusting spotting bar for a spotting system for spotting lifting of weights engaged to a barbell, the spotting system including one or more flexible members coupled to the barbell, comprising one or more bar sections configured to be gripped by a spotter; one or more flexible member take-up spools configured to roll up or roll down along the one or more flexible members to set the variable height adjusting spotting bar to an optimal height for the spotter to provide the best ergonomic force to assist a lifter of the barbell.
Resistance training device
A resistance training device for hands-free exercising of the back and shoulders includes a frame. A bench is coupled to the frame and is configured to seat a user. A backrest is coupled to the frame proximate to a rear edge of the bench. A pair of arms is pivotally coupled singly to opposing side supports of the frame. A resistor is operationally coupled to the pair of arms. The arms are positioned on the frame such that the arms are configured to abut elbows of the user seated on the bench. The resistor is positioned to resist the user's effort to pivot the arms relative to the frame, thus exercising the back and shoulders of the user without use of the user's hands.
Exercise Weight Selection Device and Method
A resistance component configured for imparting a resistive force to a connected exercise component is provided. The device includes a frame pivotally supporting a selection arm which has a weight operatively connected to the selection arm by a pin arm. The weight imparts a force resisting rotation of the selection arm by a flexible member engaged with the exercise component. Adjusting the engagement of one end of the pin arm to an arched engagement path along the selection arm adjusts mechanical advantage and the resistive force.
Exercise Machine with Flexible Handles
An exercise machine includes a supporting frame, a weight provider which is supported by the supporting frame for providing different adjustable resistance levels, a body exercising system operatively coupled at the supporting frame to link with the weight provider, and two flexible handles. Each of the flexible handles includes an elongated flexible strip, a fastening member affixed to a first end of the flexible strip to form a coupling end of the flexible handle for detachably coupling at the upper body exercising system, and a handgrip affixed to an opposed second end of said flexible strip to form a handgrip end of the flexible handle for enabling an exerciser to perform free motion press and fly exercises.
Weightlifting system
An exercise system includes a base structure including a first cross brace including first cross brace mounting plates disposed at each end of the first cross brace. A pair of base guide rail supports is secured to and extended substantially orthogonal from the first cross brace and includes a pair of base guide rail receivers. A pair of base pulley supports is secured to and extended substantially orthogonal from the first cross brace and further includes a pulley-support pulley housing. A pair of pulley-support pulleys is rotatably secured to the pulley-support pulley housing. A second cross brace includes a central portion substantially parallel to the first cross brace. The central portion is secured to the pair of base guide rail supports and the pair of base pulley supports. Two end portions are disposed at an angle to the central portion and terminate at second cross brace mounting plates disposed at each end of the two end portions and two central-portion pulley housings. A central-portion pulley is rotatably secured to each of the two central-portion pulley housings.
Bench press training machine with variable arms of force
The present utility model relates to a bench press training machine with variable arms of force, including: a machine frame; a longitudinal supporting cushion plate, fixedly connected to the machine frame; and two swinging arms, articulated with the machine frame respectively, where the two swinging arms are arranged on the left and right sides of the supporting cushion plate respectively, the swinging arms extend forward and backward, with the front ends being articulated with the machine frame, and the swinging arms are provided with handles. The training machine further includes: two adjusting pull rods; and adjusting arms, articulated with the swinging arms, where weight plate shafts are fixedly connected to the adjusting arms, the front ends of the adjusting pull rods are articulated with the machine frame, and the rear ends of the adjusting pull rods are articulated with the adjusting arms.
