A golf club head comprises a sole, a recessed sole port in the sole; and a rotatably adjustable sole piece adapted to be at least partially received within the sole port and comprising a central body having a plurality of contact surfaces adapted to contact the sole port and being offset from each other along a central axis extending through the central body of the sole piece. The sole piece can be positioned at least partially within the sole port at five or more rotational and axial positions with respect to the central axis, wherein at each rotational position, at least one of said contact surfaces of the central body contacts the sole port to set the axial position of the sole piece. The sole port and/or the sole piece can be generally pentagonal in shape.

The system includes a receiver and a mobile apparatus, and performs the operations: generating a first control signal based on a training course of a user; transmitting the first control signal to the receiver to make the receiver generates a signal which is readable by the fitness equipment according to the first control signal and transmit the readable signal to the fitness equipment; receiving at least one physiological signal from at least one of the wearable devices worn by the user; based on the training course and the at least one physiological signal, generating a second control signal; and when the second control signal is generated, transmitting the second control signal to the receiver, wherein the receiver generates a signal which is readable by the fitness equipment according to the second control signal and transmits it to the fitness equipment.

A plurality of additional ball bearings, smaller than the metallic ball bearing, may be magnetically retained and distal to metallic ball bearing. The ball bearings may be disposed within a laminated polycarbonate tube. A far end or distal end of the training aid may comprise a rubber plug to contain ball bearings that have traveled down the tube, optional weights and a magnetic end cap.

The cover is positionable in an unlocked configuration whereby the cover is raised at least partially out of the recessed channel and the weight is slidable within the shelf and the recessed channel, and a locked configuration whereby the cover is disposed within the recessed channel and the weight is secured within the recessed channel and the shelf. The weight moves with the cover between the unlocked configuration and the locked configuration.

The weight assembly is selectively positionable between at least three configurations: a first configuration where the weight is secured within the recessed channel; a second configuration where the weight is slidable within the recessed channel; and a third configuration where the weight is completely removable from the golf club head. The cover is coupled to the body in all three configurations.
