AUDIBLE BELT GUIDE IN A TREADMILL
A treadmill may include a platform, at least one pulley attached to the platform, a sliding surface of the platform, a tread belt riding portion of the sliding surface, a tread belt surrounding the pulley and the sliding surface, the tread belt having at least one side edge, and a belt guide incorporated into the platform. The belt guide includes a textured portion of the sliding surface aligned with the side edge of the tread belt and spaced apart therefrom when the tread belt is positioned entirely within the tread belt riding portion. When the textured portion comes into contact the tread belt from the tread belt being misaligned out of the tread belt riding portion, the tread belt and the textured portion collectively produce a misalignment sound audible to a user when the tread belt moves against the sliding surface.
Running training aid to provide auditory feedback on proper arm mechanics
A running training aid for use by a user to provide auditory feedback on arm mechanics is provided. The running training aid includes a body strap disposed around the user's chest and back areas, a reinforcement pad coupled to a portion of the body strap, a pair of clickers detachably coupled to any portion of the body strap coupled to the reinforcement pad, and a pair of arm bands coupled to the body strap and designed to wrap around the user's arms, each arm band coupled to one of the pair of clickers. Motion of any arm of the user in a backswing direction permits the arm band attached thereon to apply a force on the clicker connected thereto, thereby permitting the clicker to generate an audible alert when the arm travels a predetermined distance.
Yoga and exercise mat with attachable markers
A novel yoga and exercise mat is provided, which has a plurality of attachable markers that can be securely affixed to the mat. Particularly the plurality of attachable markers are provided in an array of different shapes, styles and colors, wherein the colors easily contrast with the color of the mat, which further serves a major function of aiding those individuals who are visually impaired. The plurality of markers may also be personalized, whereby the exercising individual can print his/her own messages as a way of motivation with the ultimate end-goal of achieving enhanced exercise results by being able to establish proper alignment, correct form and posture on the mat during the performance of yoga, exercise, or any other physical activity, while at the same time greatly minimizing the risk of acquiring an injury.
Devices and method for increasing running performance
A running device and method of using the device are disclosed. The device may include a moveable material within an inner chamber of the running device's housing. In operation, a running device may be held in each hand and the runner may thrust both hands downward prior to landing and quickly bring the devices to a vertical stop after landing. Bringing the devices to a vertical stop may cause the moveable material to collide with the housing and increase the force exerted by the runner on the ground. A delay component may delay the peak force exerted by the material against the housing so that the translation of that force to the ground coincides with the peak force that the runner would have exerted against the ground in the absence of the devices.
Bocce ball retriever
A ball retriever base includes an upper surface, a lower surface for coupling to a walking stick or pole. The base includes two prongs extending away from the base with each of the two prongs having a contoured upper surface forming first and second seats sized to receive first and second ball sizes. The two prongs may be made of a flexible material so that when a ball having a weight of at least 1 pound falls into place between the two prongs, the base produces an audible snap to indicate the ball is properly seated.
Putting training device
A golf club device for improving one's golf abilities is disclosed. The device includes a head, and a shaft where the head is rotatably connected to at least an upper portion of the shaft. Rotation is achieved with an angular rotation mechanism. The angular rotation mechanism may include a variable resistance feature. The angular rotation mechanism may be positioned in or on the head, or it may be positioned in the shaft. One or more visual alignment indicators may also be employed.
Height adjustable combat training assembly and method of operation
A height adjustable combat training assembly and method of operation enables a practitioner to strike with a fist, kick, hurtle over, and reenact combat with a real person through use of a height adjustable series of shafts, target accessories, and elongated barriers that are manipulated into myriad configurations. A base portion is filled with a weighted substance to stabilize the assembly. A base shaft attached perpendicularly into the base portion. A height adjustable shaft extends from the base shaft in a sliding relationship that is measured with a height gauging instrument. Padded sleeves encapsulate both shafts for cushioning. A flexible member extends form the terminus of the height adjustable shaft. A terminal target rests on the terminus of the second sleeve. A label attaches to the sleeves. At least one target accessory detachably attaches to the shafts or sleeves, and includes linear arm, blocking arm, laser device, and fist.

Overspeed golf swing training device
A swing speed training club includes a shaft having a proximal end and a distal end; and a head portion affixed to the distal end of the shaft and having a body having a proximal end and a distal end. The head portion is configured to produce a distinctive sound when the head portion is swung through the air at the distal end of the club shaft at a suitable speed.
GOLF CLUB HEAD
A golf club head comprises a sole, a recessed sole port in the sole; and a rotatably adjustable sole piece adapted to be at least partially received within the sole port and comprising a central body having a plurality of contact surfaces adapted to contact the sole port and being offset from each other along a central axis extending through the central body of the sole piece. The sole piece can be positioned at least partially within the sole port at five or more rotational and axial positions with respect to the central axis, wherein at each rotational position, at least one of said contact surfaces of the central body contacts the sole port to set the axial position of the sole piece. The sole port and/or the sole piece can be generally pentagonal in shape.
