A plush children's lounge is provided. The lounge includes a sidewall connected to a base. The lounge is convertible between an open configuration and a closed configuration and a fastener is provided. When the fastener is connected, the lounge defines a closed configuration having a reduced length and suitable for portability. Backpack straps are provided so that the lounge can be carried on the back. The sidewall is resilient such that the lounge springs into the open configuration when the fastener is released. When in the open configuration, a child can recline inside the lounge. Scallops in the sidewall serve as a headrest for the lounger and a plush toy head with eyes is connected to the lounge such that the child can see the plush toy while lying in the lounge. The lounge further includes arms and legs that resemble an animal or other creature.

A combination member of the second combination portion is detachably combined with a combination member of the first combination portion. Child carriers, backpacks, bags, and alterable frames assemblies that resist buckling or breaking when an excessive force is applied. Frame members may move until engagement member engage when expanding the frame assembly. A fabric body may allow for movement of frame members, limit such movement, and support & strengthen the frame members within sleeves. The frame members include U-shaped and inverted U-shaped frame members engaging at engagement member when the frame is uncollapsed.

An integrated towel and carrier assembly forms a reversible bag capable of exhibiting a first state and a second state, the second state being the reversal of the first state. The bag is formed from a first panel having a first face and a second opposed face. A first sealable opening is formed within the first panel providing access to a bag interior. A towel is affixed to a first panel face and extends from that face. The first sealable closing is dimensioned to allow at least a portion of the towel to extend therethrough when the towel is fully opened. An apparatus for providing a motorcycle straddle deterrence, said apparatus comprising: a back-pack of foldable material with a back surface, a front surface, one side, another side, a slit on each side, a bottom surface, a top surface with a draw-string opening for accessing at least one compartment, and at least one over-the-shoulder strap disposed on the back surface; the back-pack with the draw-string drawn configured to be folded-in such that the one side and the other side unite to be secured in place by a side-release buckle, wherein the backpack is compact or cylindrical in shape while worn by an operating motorcyclist; said back-pack with the draw-string un-drawn and un-buckled configured to fold out and said back-pack back surface to rest on a top surface of a seat of the motorcycle, wherein the folded-out back-pack covers at least a partial surface of the seat of the motorcycle; a first strap affixed securely to a first side of the motorcycle and said first strap terminating with a hook and a second strap affixed securely to a second side of the seat of the motorcycle and said second strap terminating with a buckle; each of the first strap and second strap inserted through each of the slits disposed on each of the sides of the back-pack gaining access into the at least one compartment of the back-pack and the hook of the first strap hooked into the buckle of the second strap from access through the un-drawn top opening of the back-pack; and draw the top portion of the back-pack closed and lock the top portion closed securing the back-pack housing the helmet on the seat of the motorcycle in an unattended state and deterring unauthorized mounting of the motorcycle and restricting access into the compartment for access to at least one of the helmet and/or buckles for un-buckling the straps and removing the back-pack from the seat of the motorcycle by anyone unauthorized.

An apparatus for providing a motorcycle straddle deterrence, said apparatus comprising: a back-pack of foldable material with a back surface, a front surface, one side, another side, a slit on each side, a bottom surface, a top surface with a draw-string opening for accessing at least one compartment, and at least one over-the-shoulder strap disposed on the back surface; the back-pack with the draw-string drawn configured to be folded-in such that the one side and the other side unite to be secured in place by a side-release buckle, wherein the backpack is compact or cylindrical in shape while worn by an operating motorcyclist; said back-pack with the draw-string un-drawn and un-buckled configured to fold out and said back-pack back surface to rest on a top surface of a seat of the motorcycle, wherein the folded-out back-pack covers at least a partial surface of the seat of the motorcycle; a first strap affixed securely to a first side of the motorcycle and said first strap terminating with a hook and a second strap affixed securely to a second side of the seat of the motorcycle and said second strap terminating with a buckle; each of the first strap and second strap inserted through each of the slits disposed on each of the sides of the back-pack gaining access into the at least one compartment of the back-pack and the hook of the first strap hooked into the buckle of the second strap from access through the un-drawn top opening of the back-pack; and draw the top portion of the back-pack closed and lock the top portion closed securing the back-pack housing the helmet on the seat of the motorcycle in an unattended state and deterring unauthorized mounting of the motorcycle and restricting access into the compartment for access to at least one of the helmet and/or buckles for un-buckling the straps and removing the back-pack from the seat of the motorcycle by anyone unauthorized.
