A pair of first bars, which is pivotally coupled to the plate, and a second bar, which is pivotally coupled to the pair of first bars distal from the plate, are selectively angularly positionable. A fastener that is coupled to the second bar is configured to selectively couple to a cellular phone so that the phone's screen is viewable by the user.
