CONNECTORS AND PROTECTIVE CASE OF A HAND-HELD DEVICE HAVING SAME
The invention relates to a connector for connecting a protective case of a hand-held device and a lanyard. The protective case comprises a frame with a slot formed on the frame. The connector has a fastening portion and a lanyard ring. The fastening portion is placed in the slot, and the lanyard ring extending from the fastening portion reveals out of the slot for the lanyard to be disposed therethrough. The invention also relates to a protective case for a hand-held device comprising two of the afore-mentioned connectors.
WAIST MOUNTABLE ARTICLE CARRYING BELT ATTACHABLE ABOUT A JUG
A waist mountable article carrying belt is also attachable about a jug. Two separate components combine together to create the belt, a base which includes a variety of compartments, slots, bands, and other devices designed to facilitate the carrying of various items, and a separate band with adjustable features allowing adjustment of its length. The band also includes fasteners at each end that are complementary to the fasteners on the ends of the base so that the band may be coupled to the base. The preferred jug includes an integrally molded handle and includes an opening between the handle and jug body that allows the band to be passed through the opening when fastening the base and band to the periphery of the jug.
Tool transfer system
A system for transferring an object from one user to another user that is useful to prevent unintentional dropping of the object is disclosed. A cam is rotatably connected to a structure that is configured to be attached to a first user. A central housing with two ports is configured to allow for the attachment of a tool by lanyard or other means. When the first cam is locked into the one of the housing ports, it cannot be released from the housing unless a second cam is inserted into the second housing port and captured. Once the second cam is captured the first cam is released, thus safely passing the tool from the first user to the second user while minimizing the chance of dropping the tool.
Tool tethering system
A tool tethering device that includes a lockable shaft having a cylindrical shaped body with a protruding member located proximal a first end and extending perpendicular from the cylindrical shaped body, a rigid sleeve housing having a cylindrical shaped cavity located within and extending from an open end to a closed end of the rigid sleeve housing, a protruding member engaging slot extending from and running parallel the cylindrical shaped cavity, a ball bearing engaging groove located within the cavity, a protruding member locking groove located within the sleeve housing proximal the closed end of the housing and extending perpendicular the cavity, and a displaceable platform located within the cylindrical shaped cavity between the protruding member locking groove and the closed end of the rigid sleeve housing, the displaceable platform supported by a spring located between the platform and the closed end of the rigid sleeve housing.
MASK KEEPER
An illustrated view of an exemplary mask keeper device for preventing the loss or misplacement of a protective mask is presented. The mask keeper device is useful for preventing a protective mask from being misplaced or lost. The mask keeper device is also useful for identifying the protective mask such that it is not confused with another's mask and thus exchanged. The mask keeper device is further useful for having a unique protective mask and mask keeper device combination.
Universal Securement Strap for Personal Items
A tensioning device includes a first slot located on a first end of the tensioning device, the first slot being closed on all four sides. The tensioning device further includes a second slot and a third slot, the third slot located on a second end of the tensioning device, the second end opposite the first end, the second slot located between the first and third slot, the second and the third slot being having an open side on one of four sides and closed on three of four sides. The tensioning device further includes a lever arm, the lever arm located on the second end of the tensioning device.
Closing device having a winding element
A fastener device includes a first fastener part and a second fastener part which can be mounted on one another along a closing direction and are held against one another in a closed position, and are releasable from one another in order to open the fastener device. The second fastener part has a winding element on which a tension element can be arranged and which is rotatable relative to the first fastener part in order to wind up the tension element on the winding element in a winding direction.
Multiple magnet connection mechanism for retractors
Connector and retractor systems are disclosed with some embodiments comprising a retractor housing and a line within the retractor housing. The housing also has a hole from which the line extends, and a spring within the retractor housing which urges retraction of the line. A personal article can be attached to the line. A connector is included between the retractor housing and the personal article, with the connector having magnets to cause alignment of the personal article with the retractor housing when the personal article is retracted to the housing.
Enclosure for a wirelessly locatable tag
A wirelessly locatable tag may be configured to transmit a wireless signal to an electronic device to facilitate localization of the wirelessly locatable tag by the electronic device. The wirelessly locatable tag may include an antenna assembly comprising an antenna frame defining a top surface and a peripheral side surface and an antenna positioned along the peripheral side surface and configured to transmit the wireless signal. The wirelessly locatable tag may further include a frame member coupled to the antenna assembly and defining a battery cavity configured to receive a button cell battery and an enclosure enclosing the antenna assembly and the frame member. The enclosure may include a first housing member formed from a unitary polymer structure and defining a top wall defining an entirety of a top exterior surface of the wirelessly locatable tag.
