Intelligent game system for putting intelligence into board and tabletop games including miniatures
Apparatuses and methods for intelligent game systems for putting intelligence into board and tabletop games including miniatures are disclosed. An intelligent game system comprises one or more sensors, a controller, and a projector, the sensors each having an identifier. The sensors obtain object information from intelligent game piece objects and transfer the object information to a controller where it is associated with a sensor identifier and the sensor identifier is associated with a corresponding portion of an image. The controller interacts with the intelligent game piece objects, for managing game play, and for preparing and transferring a changing image to a projector. Intelligent game piece object features are disclosed, as well as methods of initializing a system for use with the intelligent game piece objects.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR PACKAGES OF SHUFFLED PLAYING CARDS
To prevent a loss or replacement of card packages while operating casinos using packages of multiple cards in the casinos or other card game facilities using card game tables, a management system for managing packages of shuffled playing cards is provided. The management system including a management control device stores ID codes attached to a plurality of packages brought into a management/storage box, constructs a database, reads the ID codes of the plurality of packages brought into the management/storage box at predetermined time intervals, confirms existence of each ID code registered in the database in the management/storage box, and manages the ID codes of the packages before use and the ID codes of the drawn packages.
PACKING BOX OF PLAYING CARDS
A packing box for packaging of playing cards has, in an assembled state, a shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with six faces including front and rear faces, right and left side faces, and top and bottom faces. The packing box includes cut lines in two locations at a predetermined interval in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the rectangular parallelepiped, and a central band in a portion defined by the cut lines provided in the two locations. The right and left side faces of the packing box can be removed along the cut lines such that side edges of the playing cards within the packing box are exposed.
PLAYING CARD DEALING SHOE ACTIVATION DEVICE
A system including a deck of playing cards. A randomly generated number is printed on each playing card in the deck. An activation device is also provided, which contains a data file of each randomly generated number of the playing cards in the deck, and the order of each playing card in the deck. A playing card dealing shoe is also provided. The shoe includes a sensor for detecting the randomly generated number on a playing card as the playing card is drawn from the shoe. The shoe is associated with a processor, which is in communication with the sensor and the activation device to receive information therefrom. The processor determines whether a playing card drawn from the shoe is expected based on the information from the sensor and the activation device, and disables the shoe when the drawn playing card is not the expected playing card.
System for managing packages of shuffled playing cards
The present invention provides a system having: packages (2) of shuffled playing cards (1s) in which playing cards included are shuffled in random order and are individually packed in one package (2), and in which a unique ID code (4) is attached to each unique package (2); a game table (11); a storage box (401) that is installed beside the game table (11), stores the plurality of packages (2), includes a reader (451) that reads the ID codes (4) of all the packages (2), and includes an openable lid (452a, 452b) so that the packages can be taken out one by one; and a control device (112) for monitoring whether or not the packages (2) are present in the storage box (401) by monitoring the ID codes (4) of the packages (2) read by the readers (451), and for outputting monitoring results.
SHUFFLED PLAYING CARD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PLAYING CARD
There is provided a shuffled playing card, wherein a suit and a rank are printed on one surface of a card base sheet, and a back pattern is printed on another surface, different sheet IDs for one card base sheet or each of a plurality of card base sheets are printed on the card base sheet, one deck or a plurality of decks are formed by individual cards cut by a cutting machine from the card base sheet, the one deck or the plurality of decks are shuffled by a shuffle machine to form a set of shuffled playing cards, different shuffled playing card IDs for each set are assigned to the shuffled playing card as ID codes, and the sheet ID of the playing card constituting the shuffled playing card and the shuffled playing card ID are associated with each other in a database.
Versatile fantasy sport scratch-off ticket and method
A scratch-off fantasy sport gaming ticket has: a ticket support sheet; two or three distinct regions of images on one side of the ticket support sheet; a first region providing a random distribution of symbols indicating a number of distinct sports events which the ticket can use; a second region of images providing either i) a random distribution of multiple symbols indicating one sports team or player on which the ticket can be used with the number of distinct sports events; a third region providing a random distribution of symbols indicating a sports statistic to be associated with both the multiple symbols indicating the number of distinct sports events and the sports team or player; and each of the two or three visually distinct regions of images have an opaque scratch-off coating over them, or ii) a second region having both events and statistical target in each distinct region.
Management system and management method for packages of shuffled playing cards
To prevent a loss or replacement of card packages while operating casinos using packages of multiple cards in the casinos or other card game facilities using card game tables, a management system for managing packages of shuffled playing cards is provided. The management system including a management control device (7) stores ID codes (4) attached to a plurality of packages (2) brought into a management/storage box (10), constructs a database, reads the ID codes (4) of the plurality of packages (2) brought into the management/storage box (10) at predetermined time intervals, confirms existence of each ID code (4) registered in the database in the management/storage box (10), and manages the ID codes (4) of the packages (2) before use and the ID codes (4) of the drawn packages (2).
TABLE GAME SYSTEM
A table game system is provided capable of identifying shuffled playing cards used at the time of the occurrence of a problem in a card shoe apparatus, thereby enabling an investigation of the cause thereof or the taking of countermeasures therefor. A card shoe apparatus of the table game system of the present invention includes a barcode reader that reads a barcode provided in a shuffled playing card set, thereby reading a shuffled card ID that uniquely identifies the shuffled playing card set. A sensor for detecting the opening/closing of the lid is provided under the lid to detect the opening/closing of the lid, thereby detecting replacement of the shuffled playing card set. A control unit further includes a function of storing security items in connection with a shuffled card ID.
Furniture and building structures comprising sensors for determining the position of one or more objects
A system, device and method for determining the position of objects comprising one or more furniture items and/or building structures having one or more sensors and a controller coupled to the sensors. The sensors detect when one or more objects having at least one sensor tag are positioned proximate one of the sensors and transmit a signal to the controller including an identifier of the object and the sensor that detected the objects. As a result, the controller is able to track the position of the objects in relation to the furniture and/or building structures preventing the items from being lost and increasing efficiency when looking for misplaced objects.
