Method for Simulating a Traditional Casino Keno Game Experience Using a Dedicated Set of Playing Cards
A method and system for a card-based game with simulates a traditional keno game through the use of a specially designed deck of playing cards. The system includes a computer, a scanner, a specialty card shoe, and the specially designed deck of cards. The method includes first shuffling the deck of cards by the specialty card shoe. Next, a card is drawn from the deck of cards and scanned, thus extracting a unique number that is associated with a spot on a traditional Keno card. The unique number is then associated and indicated to a spot on a simulated Keno card by the computer. This process is repeated for twenty iteration to compile winning numbers. The winning numbers are then compared against guessed spots associated with a user account to identify a set of matching spots. A primary payout transaction is managed based on the set of matching spots.
INPUT DETECTION IN CONNECTION WITH PROJECTED IMAGES
An apparatus for detecting user interaction or another input with a projected image includes a scanning mechanism. The scanning mechanism is capable of scanning the at least one input region for any objects therein. An input identification mechanism may identify the input identified by the object, movement of the object, or a change in the object's position. That information may be used to alter the projected display.
Projected, interactive environment
An interactive environment image may be projected onto one or more surfaces, and interaction with the projected environment image may be detected within a three-dimensional space over the one or more surfaces. The interactive environment image may be a three dimensional image, or it may be two dimensional. An image is projected onto a surface to provide a visual representation of a virtual space including one or more of the virtual objects, which may be spatially positioned. User interaction with the projected visualized representation of the virtual space may be detected and, in response to user interaction, the projected visualized representation may be changed.
TABLE GAME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND DISPOSAL CARTON
There is provided a system for managing a table game in which management for which cards are certainly discarded after being used without being dispersed in a unit of packages in which they are packaged is realized in a unit for cartons for discard. The system for managing a table game according to the present invention stores information on carton IDs read by an ID card reader, and a moving apparatus (700) of the carton (600) for discard for accepting discarded cards (3) in different areas (600A) in a unit of packages is provided below an outlet (4) of a game table (2). The moving apparatus (700) is provided with an X-Y table (701) moving the carton (600) for discard in an X-Y direction (shown in FIG. 5), and the carton (600) for discard is mounted and fixed on the X-Y table (701).
CASINO CHIP TRAY MONITORING SYSTEM
A casino chip tray monitoring system configured for use with a casino game is provided. The casino chip tray includes a casino chip tray having a plurality of chip tubes and one or more displays associated with the casino chip tray. A plurality of gaming chips and/or a plurality of coins are arranged in the plurality of chip tubes. An imaging device is configured to scan the plurality of gaming chips and/or the plurality of coins arranged in the plurality of chip tubes and further configured to discern individual gaming chips from other gaming chips. A total dollar value of the plurality of gaming chips and/or the plurality of coins arranged in the plurality of chip tubes is calculated from an imaging device scan of the plurality of gaming chips and/or the plurality of coins and displayed on the one or more displays.
SYSTEM FOR MANAGING PACKAGES OF SHUFFLED PLAYING CARDS
The present invention provides a system having: packages of shuffled playing cards in which playing cards included are shuffled in random order and are individually packed in one package, and in which a unique ID code is attached to each unique package; a game table; a storage box that is installed beside the game table, stores the plurality of packages, includes a reader that reads the ID codes of all the packages, and includes an openable lid so that the packages can be taken out one by one; and a control device for monitoring whether or not the packages are present in the storage box by monitoring the ID codes of the packages read by the readers, and for outputting monitoring results.

Gaming table system
The progress of a game while a change in gaming media placed in a betting area of a gaming table is left uncollected is prevented. A gaming table system includes a gaming table including a betting area in which gaming media are placed and an antenna member configured to read a value of the gaming media placed in the betting area by wireless communication and a control unit configured to execute a scanning process of obtaining the total value of the gaming media in the betting area by controlling the antenna member. The control unit fixes a first bet amount by executing the scanning process at a timing to fix the bet and fixes a second bet amount by executing the scanning process again at a predetermined timing, and the control unit repeats the scanning process until these amounts become identical.
Automatic playing card shuffler and other card-handling devices incorporating image capturing devices, non-imaging sensors, micro-vision systems and/or embedded systems to detect undesirable markings on playing cards
An automatic playing card shuffler incorporating cameras, non-imaging sensors, embedded systems and/or micro-vision systems for detecting anomalies and undesired markings on playing cards. Combinations of cameras, non-imaging sensors, embedded systems and/or micro-vision systems integrated in or proximate to automatic playing cards shufflers collect images and card information for analysis to determine if anomalies and undesired markings on playing cards are indicative of a scam or worn cards, or provide skilled players with an advantage to determine if anomalies and undesired markings on playing cards are indicative of a scam, unintentional, or the result of normal manufacturing variances, which could provide skilled players with an advantage.
