HIGH-EFFICIENCY CUTTING SYSTEM
A high-efficiency cutting system for an autonomous mower provides a multiple blade tip cutting radius for a cleaner cut, and more complete mow. The system includes a spinning blade disk provided within a housing including a vertical standoff. The blade disk includes a first pair of cutting blades located between the center of the blade disk and the circumference of the blade disk, and a second pair of cutting blades located radially inward from the first pair of cutting blades. The cutting blades extend downward and away from the blade disk at an angle.
MOWING DEVICE
A mower system for mowing a field with a grass containing crop comprises a frame, a mowing device that is connected to the frame and has an adjustable mowing height, a sensor device arranged to sense a species composition related parameter, such as a ration grass-to-clover, of a part of the field, and to generate data based on the sensed parameter, and a control device that is operatively connected to the sensor device to receive the generated data, and is operatively connected to the mowing device and arranged to adjust the mowing height on the basis of the received data. This enables to adjust the mowing height dynamically, i.e. position dependently, based on the detected parameter. The mowing height influences the regrowth of e.g. grass and clover differently, so that the ratio can be influenced locally.
AGRICULTURAL DISC MOWER WITH KNIVES, A SPRING PLATE, AND A KNIFE NUT THAT ACTS AS A STOP
A disc cutter for an agricultural implement includes: a mounting bar including a bar opening; a bolt disposed in the bar opening; a knife nut including a nut opening in which the bolt is disposed; a knife including a knife opening in which the knife nut is disposed, the knife being configured to rotate about a rotation axis defined by the knife nut; and a spring plate biased towards the mounting bar and having a recess formed therein. The knife nut has a portion held in the recess and a bottom of the portion acts as a stop against movement of the spring plate towards the mounting bar.
AGRICULTURAL DISC MOWER WITH FULLY REVERSIBLE KNIFE
A disc cutter for an agricultural implement includes: a disc body configured to rotate in a rotation direction; a knife mount carried by the disc body and including a body mounting feature; and a knife coupled to the knife mount. The knife includes: a pair of cutting sections each having a knife mounting feature disposed on or in a knife surface between a pair of edges of the cutting sections and configured to couple with the body mounting feature, each of the edges defining a cutting angle with respect to the knife surface such that the edges extend in parallel.
AGRICULTURAL DISC MOWER WITH KNIFE-RETAINING SPRING PLATE
A disc cutter for an agricultural implement includes: a disc body; a knife nut coupled to the disc body; a knife including a knife opening in which the knife nut is disposed, the knife being configured to rotate about a rotation axis defined by the knife nut; and a spring plate carrying at least two protrusions, the spring plate being biased towards the disc body such that in a first position the spring plate bears on the knife so a plane defined through a portion of the knife extends through the protrusions until an overload force applied to the knife forces the knife over at least one of the protrusions and moves the spring plate to a second position.
VARIABLE BASECUTTER ASSEMBLY
A basecutter assembly for a sugarcane harvester comprises a first cutter, a second cutter, a first feeder, a second feeder, a cutter drive, and a feed drive. The first and second cutters are adapted to sever sugarcane stalk. The first and second feeders are adapted to feed the severed sugarcane stalk. The cutter drive is coupled to the first cutter and the second cutter to rotate the first cutter and the second cutter respectively about the first rotation axis and the second rotation axis. The feed drive is coupled to the first feeder and the second feeder to rotate the first feeder and the second feeder respectively about the first rotation axis and the second rotation axis. The basecutter assembly may comprise a variator. According to another aspect, the basecutter assembly may comprise a planetary gear set.

BLADE ROTOR OF A CUTTER BAR FOR A MOWING DEVICE
A clamping tool for exchanging a mowing blade on a blade rotor, the clamping tool including a lever arm with a fork head, wherein the fork head has two fork legs that are parallel to each other at a distance and have a bent shape such that, with respect to a horizontally oriented lever arm, the fork legs have an arc-shaped construction with fork leg ends pointing essentially in the vertical direction, wherein the clamping tool can be clamped between a mowing disc and a spring plate of a blade rotor and can be brought into engagement with a pocket on a top side of the mowing disc, and the fork leg ends are pressed against the bottom side of the mowing disc by a downward movement of the lever arm, and the fork legs press the spring plate downward.
Steering lever system for work vehicle
A steering lever system includes a pair of lever bodies, a pivotal body coupled to each of the lever bodies and a neutral position detector. The pivotal body includes a first boss portion and a second boss portion. The lever body is pivotable about a first pivot axis of the first boss portion from a neutral position to a neutral end position. The lever body is also pivotable about a second pivot axis of the second boss portion from a forward traveling end position through a neutral position to a reverse traveling end position. The neutral position detector is responsive to a detected portion provided in an auxiliary member fixed to the lever body, at the neutral end position of the lever body. The detected portion is offset from a pivotal locus of the lever body about the first pivot axis.
Cutting mechanism for whole plant harvesting
A cutting mechanism for the harvesting of whole plants can include a number of mowing elements, which include a lower cutting disk and conveyor rotors located above, two transverse conveyors located in the back, and a delivery conveyor. The cutting disks of the mowing elements work together with a frame-affixed counter-blade and can be driven together with the corresponding conveyor rotors by a shaft. The shafts are driven by a gear arrangement that extends, on the front side, over the width of the cutting mechanism. The frame of the cutting mechanism can include a middle part and lateral parts that are placed so they can swivel, on the middle part, between a horizontal operating position and a raised transporting position.
