The retrofit kit includes a base plate that is engaged below a bottom edge of the mower deck's side wall and one or more adapters that convert the mower's cutter blade(s) to blower blade(s).
Active steering windrow shields
A system for positioning crop windrow guide shields projecting generally rearwardly alongside the crop discharge stream as it exits an agricultural mower. The shields are coupled for simultaneous, coordinated movement and repositioned by a powered actuator in response to either a manual input by a vehicle operator or automatically by a controller based on a steering angle deflection between a tractor and a towed implement. The system may be adapted for use with a single implement being operated on a side hill to control windrow drifting. The system may also be used with simultaneously operated front-mounted and pull-behind mowers to direct the crop discharge streams into a merged windrow.
CONDITIONER UNIT
A conditioner unit (6) for conditioning crop material comprises a rotor (17) having a shaft (18) that carries a plurality of conditioning elements, a drive mechanism for driving rotation of the rotor (17) about an axis, and a deflector element having a working surface (26) that surrounds at least part of the circumference of the rotor (17) to define a conditioning passage through which crop material is transported by rotation of the rotor (17). An adjusting mechanism (30) is provided for adjusting the position of the deflector element relative to the rotor (17), the adjusting mechanism (30) including an actuator (50), a sensor for sensing an operational condition of the conditioning unit (6) and a control system (56) that receives a sensor signal from the sensor and controls actuation of the actuator (50) in response to said sensor signal to provide a desired level of conditioning during operation of the conditioner unit (6).
Mower
The disclosure provides a mower. The mower includes a vehicle frame, a walking assembly, a working assembly, a seat and a battery pack. The walking assembly includes a first walking wheel assembly and a second walking wheel assembly connected with the vehicle frame. The first walking wheel assembly and/or the second walking wheel assembly includes a main walking wheel and a hub motor, the main walking wheel is connected with the hub motor, and the hub motor is arranged outside a side of the vehicle frame. The working assembly is connected with the vehicle frame. The seat is arranged on the vehicle frame. The battery pack is lowered and mounted on the vehicle frame and extends below the seat.
Mulching mower deck with rear discharge features
A mower deck is disclosed. The mower deck includes a housing having a top wall, at least one blade rotated downwardly of the top wall and about a vertical shaft, and a blade baffle unit extending downwards from the top wall in such a manner as to surround an outer circumferential area of a rotational path of the blade to create therein a mulching blade rotation space, the blade baffle unit having a front baffle located on an advancing side of the traveling vehicle and a rear baffle located on a reversing side of the traveling vehicle. The front baffle extends downwards from the top wall to exceed the rotational path so as to prevent discharge of cut grass pieces via a lower end of the front baffle. The rear baffle extends downwards from the top wall by such an extent to allow discharge of the cut grass pieces.
