Control assembly for a walk-behind mower
10485167 · 2019-11-26 · ·

A control assembly for controlling the mode of all-wheel-drive walk-behind mower is provided. The control assembly includes a casing and a pair of levers extending from opposing lateral sides of the casing, wherein both of the levers are rotatable between a first operative position and a second operative position relative to the casing. Rotating both of the levers to the second operative position switches the control assembly to an all-wheel-drive mode in which a front transmission and a rear transmission are both in an engaged state resulting in the front and rear wheels of the lawn mower to be rotated by the transmissions. When both levers are in the second operative position, the levers are releasably attached to each other and can be maintained in the second operative position by the user continually grasping only one of the levers.

An electric working machine includes a machine body, a motor mounted on the machine body and driven by electric power supplied from a battery, a working part driven by motive power of the motor to perform work, and a cover that covers the motor. The cover includes an output terminal for supplying the electric power of the battery to the outside.

MULTI-BLADE CUTTING PLATFORM FOR ELECTRIC WALK-BEHIND MAINTENANCE APPARATUS

A high efficiency turf maintenance apparatus having low power consumption and good cutting performance is presented herein. A multi-blade blade assembly is disclosed to reduce power consumed in driving the blade assembly and enhance longevity of a dischargeable power supply. In some aspects described herein, a first blade of the multi-blade assembly can have a first length that is greater than a second length of a second blade. Further, the first blade or the second blade can be substantially bilaterally symmetric about a rotation axis of the multi-blade assembly. In alternative or additional aspects, the second blade can provide lift within a deck of the high efficiency turf maintenance apparatus to propel turf clippings from within the mow deck through a discharge opening therein.

An electric working machine includes: a machine body; a motor mounted on the machine body and driven by electric power supplied from a battery; a working part driven by motive power of the motor to perform work; an operation part operated by a user to control the operation of the motor; and a display device disposed on the machine body and including a display. The display device is disposed to be separated forward from the operation part.

Gardening tool

A gardening tool, such as a mower, has a main body having an accessory, such as a mowing blade, and a motor for driving the accessory. A handle is rotatably connected to the main body. At least one operation assembly is associated with the handle for being operated by a user to control the motor when the handle is located in a predetermined position. A control system prevents the motor from being controlled by the operation assembly and halts the motor when the handle is located out of the predetermined position.

The invention provides a garden tool, which comprises a traveling assembly, a travel-driven assembly and a control assembly. The traveling assembly comprises front wheel and rear wheel. The travel-driven assembly comprises a front-drive mechanism for driving the front wheel and a rear-drive mechanism for driving the rear wheels. The control assembly controls the work of the front-drive mechanism and the rear-drive mechanism, so as to enable the front wheel and the rear wheel to respectively move forward or backward. Compared with the prior art, the garden tool drives the front wheels and the rear wheels to move forward or backward respectively through the front-drive mechanism and the rear-drive mechanism, and thus not only the garden tool automatically walks backward, but also the traveling assembly can be ensured to obtain sufficient power, thereby the garden tool is prevented from slipping when climbing and retreating.

A control panel, a self-propelled switch apparatus, and a power device (13). The control panel comprises a push rod (1) connected to a machine body and a panel assembly (2) reciprocatingly sliding on the push rod. The control panel further comprises lock assemblies (41, 42) connected to the panel assembly. The lock assemblies (41, 42) are adapted to lock the panel assembly on the push rod and unlock the control panel and the push rod, so that a device in which the control panel is disposed can be switched between a manual-power driving mode and a self-propelled driving mode. By means of the solution, a garden tool can walk in a self-propelled manner, and can also be pushed to walk.

Lawn mower and hand pushed power tool

A lawn mower includes a cutting element for cutting grass, a motor for driving the cutting element to rotate, a housing for containing the motor and a handle device for a user to control the lawn mower. The handle device includes a handle including a gripping portion for the user to grip and a connection portion substantially extending along a direction of a first line, and a first operating element for the user to operate. The first operating element is capable of rotating about a first axis relative to the handle. The first axis is substantially parallel to the first line.

SELF-PROPELLED MACHINE

A self-propelled machine includes a drive motor, a handle having two grips, an electromechanical converting device, and a speed adjusting element configured to move relative to the handle to adjust a rotational speed of the drive motor and configured to be operated by a user when the user holds one of the two grips with a single hand. The speed adjusting element is disposed between the two grips. The electromechanical converting device is configured to convert a positional change of the speed adjusting element into an electrical signal for adjusting the rotational speed of the drive motor. The speed adjusting element is movable between a first position and a second position. The rotational speed of the drive motor when the speed adjusting element is in the first position is greater than the rotational speed of the drive motor when the speed adjusting element is in the second position.

TRANSMISSION FOR WHEELED MACHINE

A transmission includes an output shaft, a first gear rotatably mounted on the output shaft, a shuttle movably axially on the output shaft, and an engagement member fixedly mounted on the output shaft. The first gear includes first dog teeth. The shuttle includes second dog teeth which engage the first dog teeth. In a drive condition, the engagement member axially moves the shuttle into engagement with the first gear, first surfaces of the first and second dog teeth engage, and, as a result, the first gear rotates in together with the output shaft. In a freewheeling condition the output shaft is stationary, an overdrive of the first gear results in engagement of second surfaces of the first and second dog teeth, and, as a result, the shuttle moves out of engagement with the first gear allowing for free rotation of the first gear about the output shaft.
