A nicotine oral delivery product includes a composition enclosed in a water insoluble pouch, wherein the pouch is permeable for saliva and dissolved compounds of the composition, the composition including a source of nicotine and a cellulose or cellulose derivative, wherein the cellulose or cellulose derivative is in granular form. A method of making the nicotine oral delivery product is also provided.

Various embodiments of the present technology may provide a method of manufacturing a vaporizable tablet for use in an atomizer of a vaporizer device. The method may include grinding a vaporizable material and treating the ground vaporizable material with a mixture comprising an aerosol forming agent and at least one binding agent. The method may also include conditioning or thermally treating the vaporizable material in a sealed enclosure or open environment for a time period. The method may further include forming the tablet utilizing the treated, conditioned vaporizable material.

A pouched product adapted for release of a releasable component therefrom is provided herein. The pouched product can include a water-permeable fabric pouch formed so as to define a cavity therein, and a composition contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the composition including one or more releasable components that are released from the composition under mouth conditions and that are capable of movement through the water-permeable fabric pouch. The composition includes nicotine and at least one particulate non-tobacco material. The pouched product also includes at least one capsule contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the capsule having a capsule wall surrounding an inner payload comprising at least one botanical.

The disclosure provides compositions and products configured for oral use, the compositions and products including a filler material, an active ingredient, and a salt component. The salt component may be present in an amount of between about 3.0% and about 4.5% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. The compositions and products as described herein may particularly exhibit a desired flavor profile.

An apparatus for enrobing a product portion can include at least one polymer spray head adapted to create at least one flow of polymeric fibers to produce at least one polymer enrobing zone and a conveyor system adapted to move at least one product portion from at least one position below at least one polymer enrobing zone and to at least one position above at least one polymer enrobing zone to drop each product portion through one or more polymer enrobing zones a plurality times at different orientations to enrobe each product portion with polymeric fibers.
