The coffee brewing device can achieve an automatic capsule-dropping function, is convenient to operate, and has a high degree of safety.

The configuration of the dispensing head is such that the discharge channel is closed when the perforation disc and the supporting member are in the dispensing position and open when they are in the rest position.
