A first end of the rubber head and a first end of the bristles are embedded in the accommodating cavity in parallel and fastened to the handle body. The handle includes a bottom base. The bottom base includes a flat surface to which at least one of the first end of the rubber head and the first end of the bristles is bonded. The bottom base is embedded in the accommodating cavity, and is detachably connected to the handle body.
