SHEET MATERIAL DISPENSER WITH SPRING LOADED OPERATION TRIGGER
A sheet material dispenser comprising an operation trigger and a rotatable drum for frictionally engaging sheet material to be dispensed, in which said operation trigger is manually movable in a first direction from a stand-by position to a depressed position, in which said dispenser comprises a return spring which drives said operation trigger in a second direction from said depressed position to said stand-by position, and in which said operation trigger comprises a releasable engagement mechanism which engages said drum and rotates it only when said operation trigger is moved in said second direction.
Dispenser
A rolled media dispenser is disclosed. In one example, the dispenser includes a transfer bar for automatically transferring paper from a completely depleted stub roll to a primary roll. In one example, the transfer bar includes a lift member that prevents transfer of the paper from the stub roll to the primary roll when paper in the stub roll is present and includes a cam lift member that prevents the transfer of paper from the stub roll to the primary roll as long as paper from the stub roll is present beneath the cam lift member.
PAPER DISPENSING DEVICE
The paper dispensing device includes a main spindle, an axle, two end pieces, and a cutting member. The main spindle has a compartment. The axle is rotatably supported inside the compartment. The end pieces are positioned adjacent to the two ends of the axle, respectively. Each end piece has an eccentric opening through which an end of the axle is threaded. A ring groove is configured around the eccentric opening along an inner side of each end piece. The cutting member includes a blade, a cutter axle, two arms extended outward slantwise from the cutter axle's two ends, and two guiding elements at the arms' outer ends moveably housed in the ring grooves, respectively. As the main spindle spins, the cutting member rotates along with the main spindle and its blade is extended out or retracted into the compartment as the guiding elements move along the ring grooves.
TOILET PAPER SUPPLY MACHINE AND IDENTIFIABLE TOILET PAPER ROLL
The present utility model provides a toilet paper supply machine and identifiable toilet paper roll, in which the toilet paper roll supporting base of a supply machine body is provided with a motion sensing device, and two ends of the toilet paper roll each is associated with a cover tube, in which one outer tube portion of one cover tube is provided with a through hole, through which the toilet paper roll is mounted to the supply machine body, such that when the motion sensing device is covered by the outer tube, the motion sensing device can identify the through hole; in addition, a cutting device arranged within the supply machine body is further provided with a stopping device, in the case when the motion sensing device senses that the toilet paper roll is an incorrect one or an unqualified one, the stopping device is started to stop the cutting device, such that the cutting device is stopped from cutting the toilet paper. In this way, the present utility model is able to protect the toilet paper supply machine.
DISPENSER ASSEMBLY AND RELATED METHODS
A paper product dispenser includes a hood having a first coupling component; a rear housing member including a second coupling component; a pair of roll support couplers and a dispensing member at least partially disposed within said housing; and a pair of roll support arms. The second coupling component cooperates with the first coupling component for releasably coupling the hood and the rear housing member to one another. The rear housing member and the hood jointly define a housing adapted to hold a roll of paper product therein. The dispensing member is configured to selectively dispense the paper product from within said housing. Each pair of roll support arms are configured to support an end of a roll of paper product within the housing and each is configured for releasable coupling with one of the pair of roll support couplers. The releasable coupling between the hood and the rear housing member or between at least one of the pair of roll support arms and one of the pair of roll support couplers is free of fasteners.
SHEET PRODUCT DISPENSER WITH PRODUCT LEVEL INDICATOR CALIBRATION
A sheet product dispenser is provided including a housing including a roll holder configured to receive a product roll, a dispensing mechanism configured to dispense a portion of the sheet product from the product roll, a sensor configured to emit a signal toward the product roll and receive a reflection of the signal from a surface of the product roll, and a controller. The controller is configured to receive an indication of replacement of the product roll, determine a time-of-flight of the signal, and determine an expected time-of-flight (or corresponding distance of travel) of a theoretical signal to a theoretical full product roll. The controller is further configured to compare the time-of-flight (or a corresponding distance of travel) of the signal to the product roll to the expected time-of-flight or distance, and adjust a product depletion curve based on the comparison.
Dispenser assembly and related methods
A paper product dispenser assembly has a hood that includes a hood coupling component, as well as a first rear housing member that is configured for selective coupling with the hood. The first rear housing member has a first coupling component that cooperates with the hood coupling component for releasably coupling the hood and the first rear housing member to one another. The first rear housing member and the hood jointly define a first housing that is adapted to hold a roll of paper product therein. A second rear housing member of the assembly is configured for selective coupling with the hood in place of the first rear housing member. The second rear housing member has a second coupling component that cooperates with the hood coupling component for releasably coupling the hood and the second rear housing member to one another.
ON DEMAND WET WIPE DISPENSING DEVICE
In one example, a wipe dispensing system includes a housing that defines an internal wipe storage area, a lid rotatably connected to the housing, a fluid reservoir disposed within the housing, and a pump in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir. A fluid discharge manifold is in fluid communication with the pump and is arranged proximate to a portion of a wipe dispensing path. The lid is operably disposed with respect to the pump such that depression of the lid causes discharge of fluid from the pump through the fluid discharge manifold, and also causes partial dispensation of a wipe from the housing.
Dispensing assembly for paper products
A dispensing assembly is disclosed herein. The dispensing assembly includes a housing comprising a plurality of side panels that together define a compartment; a self-contained cartridge for dispensing a paper product, the self-contained cartridge being removably received in the compartment of the housing; and an actuation subassembly being disposed in the housing, the actuation subassembly configured to advance the paper product disposed in the self-contained cartridge.
Dispenser for Rolled Sheet Materials
A dispenser having a feed roller that at least partially engages sheet material to facilitate dispensing thereof, and a cutting mechanism disposed within a chamber defined by a body of the feed roller. The cutting mechanism comprising a cutting blade and at least one movable support connected thereto. The at least one support further is operatively connected to the body of the feed roller and is actuated with rotation thereof to move the cutting blade into and out from one or more openings defined along the body of the feed roller to at least partially cut or perforate a selected portion of the sheet material as the sheet material is dispensed.
