Device for dispensing pre-cut rolled wiping material
The device for dispensing pre-cut rolled wiping material comprising a housing receiving a roll of wiping material, said housing comprising a back wall, and two lateral walls, said walls forming external walls of the housing, said housing receiving a flap hinged with respect to the housing, ensuring the guiding and the unwinding of the roll of material, and a cover hinged with respect to the housing, defining after closing a space between said flap and said cover to enable the strip of material to come out, said flap and said cover defining a space between them to ensure the guiding and the letting out of the strip of material and the separation of a format of material, said device being remarkable in that it has an external wall for supporting the roll of material having a profile comprising a horizontal central portion and, on either side, two raised front and back oblique portions enabling to receive, to center, and to hold in a stabilized way the roll of material, and in that the front oblique portion is, by its lower portion, jointed to the horizontal support portion, and recessed with respect to the front end of the housing to define a volumetric space with the flap, allowing the user to engage and to position his fingers to grab the unwound strip of material coming from the roll for the distribution of a cut format of material.
Toilet paper holder
Provided is a toilet paper holder that enables a user to easily pull out toilet paper from an accommodated large roll. In this toilet paper holder, a weight member 12 is caused to move upward by tension that is exerted on toilet paper 2a when the toilet paper 2a is pulled out from a paper cutter 15, and when the tension is released as a result of the paper cutter 15 cutting the toilet paper 2a, the weight member 12 moves downward under its own weight, so that the toilet paper 2a is pulled out from the roll case 10.
Paper towel dispenser
A paper toweling dispenser for dispensing paper toweling from a roll of paper toweling including a top roller located between the paper roll and the drum of the dispenser which moves in radial cams along the outer circumference of the drum as a pulling force is applied to the leading edge of the paper toweling by a user.
ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING FLEXIBLE SHEET MATERIAL
A method of grounding a dispenser. A low impedance path is connected to elements internal to the dispenser. The low impedance path is also connected to a surface contact spring which is adapted to contact an external mounting surface when the dispenser is affixed thereto. Static electrical charge accumulated on the elements is discharged through the low impedance path and the surface contact spring to the external mounting surface.
DISPENSER
A rolled media dispenser is disclosed. In one example, the dispenser includes a transfer bar for automatically transferring paper from a completely depleted stub roll to a primary roll. In one example, the transfer bar includes a lift member that prevents transfer of the paper from the stub roll to the primary roll when paper in the stub roll is present and includes a cam lift member that prevents the transfer of paper from the stub roll to the primary roll as long as paper from the stub roll is present beneath the cam lift member.
Dispenser for Rolled Sheet Materials With Motorized Spindle
An electronic dispenser for dispensing flexible sheet material may include a driven feed roller assembly that is operable to dispense the sheet material though a discharge chute of a housing of the dispenser. The feed roller assembly can comprise a feed roller rotatably mounted within the dispenser housing that includes a body having an outer surface against which the sheet material is engaged to feed the sheet material toward the discharge chute, as well as a drive mechanism that is substantially integrated within the body of the feed roller and operable to drive the feed roller. The dispenser also may include one or more pressing rollers biased toward the body of the feed roller so as to engage the sheet material therebetween, and a control system linked to the drive mechanism to control the operation thereof.
STACK OF Z-FOLDED WEB WITH CONNECTOR TO ANOTHER STACK
A stack of web material for hygiene products, for use in a dispenser, including at least one continuous web material being Z-folded about transverse folding lines, the panels being piled on top of each other to form a height of the stack extending between a first end surface and a second end surface of said stack, and the first end surface being provided with a first connector, and the second end surface being provided with a second connector. At least one of the first and second connectors comprises a first mechanical connector structure and a second mechanical connector structure, the first and second mechanical connector structures being two corresponding structures, each structure being capable of forming a mechanical interconnection with the other structure, and being incapable of forming a mechanical interconnection with an identical structure.
A CONNECTOR MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CONNECTOR MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INDIVIDUAL CONNECTORS
A connector material including a first mechanical connector structure and a second mechanical connector structure, the first and second mechanical connector structures being two corresponding structures, each structure being capable of forming a mechanical interconnection with said other structure, and being incapable of forming a mechanical interconnection with an identical structure, the first and second connector structures being arranged in a selected pattern. Also, a method for manufacturing a connector material, and a method for manufacturing individual connectors from a connector material.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REDUCING WASTE USING A SHEET PRODUCT DISPENSER
A method of reducing sheet product waste generated during use of a sheet product dispenser in a particular location and over a broad range of usage rates includes designing a dispenser. The design includes determining a desired housing size to obtain a top to bottom height for sheet product roll storage within the housing, dividing the height by two to obtain a maximum roll diameter, locating two roll holders in the housing so that each holder may accept a roll having the maximum roll diameter, positioning a first roll of the maximum roll diameter in a first one of the two roll holders, and positioning a second roll of the maximum roll diameter in a second one of the two roll holders so that two rolls of equivalent length are configured to be dispensed sequentially from the dispenser. The installation and use of two rolls of maximum roll diameter reduces waste. Dispensers formed according to this method are also described.
