WIPES DISPENSERS HAVING MULTIPLE WIPE CONTACT POINTS
Embodiments of dispensers for dispensing wet wipes are disclosed herein. An exemplary wipes dispenser includes a container, having an opening, a cap, and a first wipe engagement member. The first wipes engagement member includes an opening therethrough. The first wipes engagement member is configured to provide sufficient force on a wipe to prevent the wipe from falling back into the container. A second wipes engagement member is also included. The second wipes engagement member located away from the first wipes engagement member. The second wipes engagement member includes a pull through portion and a grip portion. An access point is located between the first wipes engagement member and the second wipes engagement member. The access point configured to allow a user to grip a lead edge of a wipe as the wipe is threaded through the first wipes engagement member.
Disinfecting wipes dispenser
The present invention is for wipe dispensers for dispensing interconnected wipes. An exemplary wipes dispenser may include a container body and a removable lid forming an interior region into which a plurality of interconnected wipes may be disposed. Pulling on a lead end of a lead wipe causes a following wipe to also be pulled and follow the lead wipe. The removable lid may cover a portion of a container aperture (e.g., an open top of the container body). A landing member in the lid covers a portion of the container aperture by extending from a top rim of the container body toward the middle of the interior region. The landing member may form an angle with a substantially vertical exterior wall of the container, where the formed angle may be less than 90. In an embodiment, the landing member may include a concavely shaped portion. The landing member may include one or more fingers.
Ligature-resistant paper towel dispenser
A ligature-resistant paper towel dispenser includes a rear portion with a towel recess for receiving a roll of paper towels and a planar mounting area for securing the paper towel dispenser to a wall. A front portion of the dispenser locks to the rear portion, covers the roll and completes the shape of the paper towel dispenser exterior. The mounting area of the housing may extend backwards from the planar mounting area into an aperture formed through a surface of the wall so that the towel recess projects into the wall. The housing has an upward projecting exterior that is curved or inclined downward from an apex to prevent attachment of a ligature and extends above the towel recess by a distance greater than or equal to half of a maximum forward projection of the housing to provide sufficient curvature or inclination of the exterior of the top projection.
DIAPHRAGM FOR A CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A diaphragm for a container assembly for dispensing products such as wipes or sheets, or collecting and/or storing products, including waste products. The container assembly has diaphragm with a central aperture and at least one petal. The diaphragm is a portion of the lid or the container. The aperture allows a user to insert one or more fingers (or hand) to pull the first sheet out or alternatively, deposit an item into the container. The diaphragm has one or more slits separating the outer periphery of the diaphragm from portions of the petals, thereby reducing the force required to deflect the diaphragm.
WIPES DISPENSING NOZZLES HAVING WEAR INDICATORS AND WIPES DISPENSERS HAVING THE SAME
Exemplary embodiments of wipes dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary wipes dispenser having a nozzle with a wear indicator includes a container, a plurality of wipes contained within the container, a fluid for wetting the plurality of wipes, a receiving member connected to the container, and an outlet nozzle housing for holding an elastomeric outlet nozzle. The elastomeric outlet nozzle includes a wear indictor that provides a visual indication that the nozzle should be replaced.
DISPENSER AND CLEANING ASSEMBLY
A cleaning assembly includes a handle assembly configured to grasp a moistened tissue. A drum is included within a dispensing unit to store the tissue. The dispensing unit selectively releases the tissue from the drum as an actuating assembly operates a lever between a first position and a second position. The drum is seated within the dispensing unit in communication with the actuating assembly in a manner such that the tissues are sealed and prevented from drying out. The seal is selectively broken to permit dispensing of the tissues. The cleaning assembly permits a user the ability to clean a potentially unclean surface without the need to physically contact any of the cleaning tissue, chemicals, or surface itself at any time. The user is separated from the potentially harmful surfaces and chemicals.
Ligature-resistant toilet paper dispenser
A ligature-resistant toilet paper dispenser includes a cover portion with a paper recess for receiving a roll of toilet paper and a wall plate having a planar mounting area for securing the toilet paper dispenser to a wall. The cover locks to the rear portion, covers the roll and completes the shape of the toilet paper dispenser exterior. The wall plate has an upward projecting exterior that is curved or inclined downward from an apex to prevent attachment of a ligature and extends above the paper recess by a distance greater than or equal to half of a maximum forward projection of the wall plate to provide sufficient curvature or inclination of the exterior of the top projection.
CAROUSEL STYLE DISPENSER
A dispenser assembly that includes a carousel tray and is operable to allow the user to selectively orient one of a plurality of respective discrete rolls of web material supported by the carousel tray proximate a dispense opening. An elongate user actuated lever arm is accessible from outside the dispenser housing and operable to allow the user to manually rotate the carousel tray relative to the housing to present each discrete roll of web material proximate the dispense opening for use. In preferred embodiments, the dispensing assembly includes one or more indexing and/or brake assemblies that are configured to inhibit inertial rotation of the carousel and/or to resist rotation of the carousel beyond a desired radial location absent user interaction with the lever arm.
WIPE DISPENSER AND RELATED METHODS
A wipe dispenser and related methods are disclosed herein. In one form, a wall mounted wipe dispensing system is disclosed comprising a wall mount support bracket, a dispensing bag of wipes having a rigid collar from which to suspend the dispensing bag from the wall mount support bracket, and wherein the wall mount support bracket and dispensing bag have first mating structures for mating the dispensing bag to the wall mount support bracket. In other forms, a wall mounted support bracket is disclosed and/or replaceable wipe packaging is disclosed. In still other forms methods related to these are also disclosed.
