An apparatus is provided having a scrubbing disc that includes sacrificial electrodes of an electrolysis cell.

WATER TRAILING DETECTION SYSTEM

A floor cleaning machine can comprise a chassis, a cleaning mechanism, a control system, and a cleaning operation sensing system connected to the chassis. The chassis can be configured for movement along a cleaning path. The cleaning mechanism can perform a cleaning operation. The liquid system can provide liquid to the cleaning mechanism. The recovery system can recover liquid from the cleaning operation. The control system can control performance of the cleaning operation. The cleaning operation sensing system can detect a condition of the cleaning operation. The cleaning operation sensing system can comprise a water trailing detection system comprising: a frame connected to the chassis aft of the recovery system, an absorbent medium connected to the frame; and a moisture sensor in communication with the control system to alter a signal in response to moisture in the absorbent medium.

The disclosure teaches a scrubbing or buffing or cleaning adapter for use with power tools. The adapter is made of a storage tank or container. The storage tank is designed to be filed with a liquid solution. The liquid solution may be a detergent, soap, plain water, a buffing compound or any other liquid solution. The liquid solution is poured into the storage tank prior to usage through a refill opening or an outlet opening. The outlet opening preferably contains a pump or suction mechanism that is configured to transfer the liquid solution from the tank into the hose. The hose then channels the liquid solution to a spout or an inlet spout of a spinning attachment. The suction or pump mechanism is powered by an onboard power supply and is operated electronically through a switch or manually through a crank handle).
