Rotary brush main part and rotary brush
A rotary brush for processing the surface of a vehicle includes a rotary brush main part and a plurality of fill material holders that are arranged on an outer lateral surface of the rotary brush main part spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction thereof. Each fill material holder can be secured to the rotary brush main part in a plurality of stop positions spaced apart in the radial direction of the rotary brush main part.
TOILET CLEANERS
A toilet cleaner, including a head and a handle for clamping the head. The handle includes a housing, a manipulation component, and a clamping jaw. A clamping end of the housing is provided with a first clamping head and is hinged to a middle portion of the clamping jaw. The manipulation component is fitted in the housing and includes a handling portion at a grip end of the housing. An outer end of the clamping jaw has a second clamping head corresponding to the first clamping head, and the manipulation component is connected to an inner end of the clamping jaw, so that the first clamping head and the second clamping head are matched with each other. The present invention is more firm and reliable with better compatibility, so that the handle can conveniently and reliably clamp the heads in different thicknesses, or of various brands, forms or specifications.
Rotary Brush and Rotary Brush Wire Configurations
A rotary wire brush, such as a wheel brush, e.g., double-stringer or dually brush, cup brush, bevel brush, or knotted end brush, composed of knotted brush wire tufts of multistrand construction each having at least a plurality of brush wire strands, preferably at least a plurality of pairs of, i.e., at least three, strands each formed of at least a plurality, preferably at least a plurality of pairs of, i.e., at least three, wires. The wires forming strands are twisted, braided, or twisted and braided, and the strands that form tufts are twisted, braided, or twisted and braided. A preferred brush employs a center disc, e.g., hub, with radially offset tuft anchor holes, which can have different sizes, from which twist knot tufts, which also can have different sizes, can outwardly extend from the disc different distances by being configured with an offset trim preferably having different trim lengths

Double-Stringer Rotary Brush
A double-stringer rotary brush assembly formed of a pair of brush wire mounting hubs having sets of alternating radially staggered radially innermost and outermost brush wire tuft mounting holes having different hole sizes with brush wire tufts extending radially outwardly therefrom having at least one of (a) different lengths, (b) an offset trim, and/or (c) differently sized knots anchoring the tufts thereto. One hub can be angularly offset relative to the other hub angularly offsetting the holes of one hub relative to the other hub from being concentric. The tufts extending from one of the radially innermost and outermost holes are stiffer than the tufts extending from the other one of the radially innermost and outermost holes imparting to the brush assembly tufts having different surface finishing and abrasive removal characteristics.
APPLICATOR
The present invention to provide an applicator which can solve the problems such as attachment failure of an applying body of a brush due to part of the brush stuck remaining inside the front barrel when the brush-formed applying body is attached to the front barrel to thereby reliably attach the brush-formed applying body to the front barrel. The applicator includes: a rear barrel 20 storing an application liquid in a storage portion 21 inside a barrel cylinder; a front barrel 10 provided on the front end side of the rear barrel 20; and an applying body 40, formed of a brush with a flange portion 41 at its rear end, and arranged inside the front barrel 10 so as to supply the application liquid to the applying body 40 from the storage portion 21 inside the rear barrel 20, and is characterized in that a receiving part 42 of the flange portion 41 of the applying body 40 and the inner face of the front barrel 10 are in contact with each other in a non-surface contact manner.
BRUSH FOR APPLYING A COSMETIC PRODUCT, IN PARTICULAR A VARNISH, ON NAILS
A brush for applying a cosmetic product, in particular a varnish, on nails, includes a handle adapted to be connected at one end to a head and at an opposite end to one or more tufts of bristles for applying the product. The handle has, at the end that is adapted to be connected to the bristles, a hole which has at least one rib inside it configured for coupling with at least one tuft of bristles.
COSMETIC BRUSH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are an improved cosmetic brush and a manufacturing method thereof. The improved cosmetic brush of the present invention includes: a brush bristle coupling portion of which brush bristles are coupled to one side portion; a connection fixing portion of which the brush bristle coupling portion is coupled to the inside; and a handle portion of which the brush bristle coupling portion and the connection fixing portion are coupled to one side portion, in which the handle portion includes a handle body, a first step body provided to be stepped on an end portion of the handle body and press-coupled with an end portion of the connection fixing portion, and a second step body provided to be stepped on an end portion of the first step body and press-coupled with end portions of the connection fixing portion and the brush bristle coupling portion.
Method for manufacturing a brush seal with inclined bristle
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a brush seal with inclined bristles. In order to be able to manufacture these brush seals in an especially cost-effective manner, at least the following steps are provided: provision of a brush blank with at least one metal thread or wire packing fastened at or in at least one wire core; local, at least partial heating of at least the wire core and/or a subregion of the thread or wire packing adjacent to the wire core, by a current flow through the wire core; bending of the thread or wire packing relative to the wire core for producing of the inclined position of the bristles of the brush seal. The invention further relates to an apparatus for manufacturing brush seals and a brush seal for a turbomachine, in particular for an aircraft engine.
