Twisted in wire brush having a molded tip and method of assembly therefor
A brush includes a wire core, a round tip formed on a distal end of the wire core, the round tip being unitary with the wire core section and being formed by melting or welding a portion of the wire core at the distal end, and a molded tip attached to the wire core at the distal end via a ball-and-socket connection.
Interdental brush
An interdental brush realizing reuse of parts by a simple structure includes a shaft portion including an internal passage which extends in an axial direction and of which distal end and base end are opened; and a brush on which fibers are implanted over an entire area of a core that is longer than extension length of the internal passage. The shaft portion further includes a grip portion of which a state is changed between a gripping state for gripping the brush, which has been inserted into the internal passage from an opening on a base end side and of which a part protrudes from an opening on a distal end side, to restrict the brush from moving in the axial direction, and a releasing state for releasing gripping of the brush to allow the brush to move in the axial direction.
CARRYOVER TUBE CLEANING MINI-BRUSH
A mini-brush for use in cleaning and clearing obstacles from within a carryover tube in a furnace. The brush having a handle coupled to a first end of a flexible shaft, a guide point coupled to a second end of the flexible shaft, and a plurality of bristles coupled along a length of the flexible shaft, the plurality of bristles having a first side located adjacent to the guide point and extending along the flexible shaft towards the handle. The flexible shaft is a stranded cable wire permitting the guide point and the bristles to navigate a 90 degree corner through a tube

PRODUCT APPLICATOR MEMBER HAVING TWO INTERPOSED TYPES OF APPLICATION ELEMENTS, PACKAGING AND APPLICATION DEVICE COMPRISING SUCH AN APPLICATOR MEMBER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAID APPLICATOR MEMBER
Applicator member (10) for applying a product to keratin fibres, notably to eyelashes, comprising: —a core (11) made of polymer material, —first application elements (12) that project from the core (11) and are integral with said core (11), and—second application elements (13) that project from the core (11) and are separate from the first application elements (12). Said first and second application elements (12, 13) are arranged in at least two helical coils disposed alternately along the longitudinal axis (X2-X2′) of the core (11).
SURGICAL INSTRUMENT CLEANING BRUSH ASSEMBLY FOR USE WITH A BORESCOPE
A brush assembly for use with a borescope in cleaning a surgical instrument lumen. The brush assembly includes a shaft, a plurality of bristles or other cleaning materials, and at least one retention clip. The bristles or other cleaning materials extend from the shaft or other cleaning material. The retention clip is assembled to the shaft proximal the bristles. In some embodiments, the retention clip is permanently attached to the shaft. Regardless, the retention clip is configured for selective mounting to a borescope guide tube. Upon mounting to the borescope guide tube, the brush assembly can be deployed to clean a surgical instrument lumen, with the borescope providing a user with visual confirmation of cleaning effective by the bristles.
Reusable straw assembly with housing and cleaning brush
A reusable straw assembly is present herein. In particular, the straw assembly includes at least one, although in some cases, a plurality of cylindrical straws having different diameters, a brush assembly including a brush stem terminating with a brush head at a distal end thereof, and a housing comprising a body and at least one end cap. The brush assembly, and in particular, the brush stem is fixed to the end cap. The brush stem is axially disposed relative to the one or more straws, which are then disposed within the housing. In the case where the assembly includes a plurality of reusable straws, the plurality of reusable straws are disposable in a coaxially nested configuration and retained on the brush assembly until manually released by a user.
Cleaning device for blood vessel sealing apparatus
A cleaner device is adapted to clean a blood vessel sealer device. The cleaner device includes a series of brushes that can move relative to blood vessel sealer device to scrub and clean the blood vessel sealer device when coupled to the cleaner device. The brushes can be made of any material that is adapted to clean the blood vessel sealer device. The cleaner device can also be motorized to facilitate cleaning of the blood vessel sealer device.
