A manual oral care implement comprises a handle, a connector and a head, the head being repeatedly attachable to and detachable from the handle via the connector. The handle has a distal end and a proximal end opposite to the distal end and adjacent to the head when the head is attached to the handle. The proximal end has an upper surface that is at least partially chamfered. The handle has a longitudinal axis and a cross-sectional area extending substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The chamfered surface and the cross-sectional area define therebetween an angle α from about 15° to about 30°.

A multifunctional tool is provided with a first functional element connected to the first housing member and extending outwardly therefrom to a first distal end, and a second housing member supported by the first housing member for translation relative to the first housing member between a first position and a second position. A second functional element is supported by the second housing member and extending outwardly therefrom to a second distal end. The device comprises a two-ended manual tool with ergonomically shaped handle and attachment components located at least at a first end to accommodate semi-circular snap-on flossers. The device also comprises disposable implements for dental and gum care that attach to the snap-on flossers and comprise optional structures. The disposable implements comprise at least one of brushes and gum stimulators and are situated at ends of the snap-on flossers. A first optional structure combines a snap-on flosser and two parallel inter-proximal brushes, one on each end of the flosser. The first optional structure is directed to orthodontic patients with braces and patients with fixed restorations comprising at least one of crowns and bridges. A second optional structure comprises two gum stimulators, one with each attached on opposite sides of the snap-on flosser, pointing inward to each other and parallel to floss.

A brush head (100) and a method of making a tuft spike (20) and a brush head with a plurality of tuft spikes. The brush head includes a matrix (30) having a plurality of receptacles (32) formed therein. A plurality of tuft spikes are each formed of a plurality of bristle strands (22) arranged in a tuft (21) having a free end (25) and a proximal end (23) inserted in a spike body (24). Each tuft spike is disposed in one of the receptacles of the matrix. A brush head neck (40) has a distal platen (42) that is connected to and at least partially encompassed in the matrix.

A device for attaching and detaching a toothbrush head and a toothbrush kit includes a first housing; a second housing and a third housing pivotally mounted to the first housing on opposite sides of the first housing respectively; and a lining component disposed in the first housing; a head attaching cavity formed in a side of the lining component facing the second housing, a step formed on an inner wall of the head attaching cavity, a pressing portion formed on a surface of the second housing facing the lining component; and a head detaching cavity formed in a side of the lining component facing the third housing, a step formed on the inner wall of the head detaching cavity, a pushing post formed on the surface of the third housing facing the lining component.

An autonomous cleaning robot includes a drive system to move the autonomous cleaning robot about a floor surface, a cleaning head on a bottom portion of the autonomous cleaning robot, a side brush on the bottom portion of the autonomous cleaning robot, and a vacuum system in pneumatic communication with the opening. The cleaning head is configured to direct debris from the floor surface into the autonomous cleaning robot as the autonomous cleaning robot moves about the floor surface. The side brush is rotatable about a rotational axis forming a non-zero angle with a floor surface, and the side brush comprising an opening.

A hair brush system includes a brush housing having a handle neck portion and a fluid reservoir for holding a viscous fluid therein. The fluid reservoir is disposed within the brush housing. The hair brush system includes a plunger plate for engaging in the fluid reservoir of a gel or other viscous fluid product. The plunger plate is disposed within the brush housing. Valve devices are dispersed in a brush head, wherein the valves are fluidly coupled to the reservoir upon movement of the plunger plate from a first position to a second position upon engagement of a user.
