Electric toothbrush rotating replacement head device
An electric toothbrush rotating replacement head device includes: a toothbrush replacement head body including a toothbrush handle and a toothbrush head. The toothbrush handle defines a cavity, and the toothbrush head is disposed on a top of the cavity. A rotating shaft is disposed in the cavity. The toothbrush head includes: a bristle combination body. A shape of the bristle combination body corresponds to a shape of the toothbrush head. The bristle combination body includes: a first lug boss and a pin, the first lug boss defines a pin installation hole, and the pin is in an interference fit with the pin installation hole. A top edge of the first lug boss is provided with a bristle limiting bone, and a bottom of the first lug boss is provided with a driven gear. The rotating shaft is provided with a driving gear meshed with the driven gear.
Electric toothbrush, and transmission for an electric toothbrush
The transmission according to the invention for an electric toothbrush serves for the transmission and reforming of a rotational movement provided by an electric motor into a particularly careful and effective cleaning movement of a cleaning element. The ratio of the distance between the longitudinal mid-axis of an output shaft and the longitudinal mid-axis of a drive shaft of the transmission and of the distance between the longitudinal mid-axis of a shaft driving a cam of the transmission and the longitudinal mid-axis of the cam amounts to at least 10:1.
CLEANING APPLIANCE
A pump assembly for a dental cleaning appliance includes a fluid chamber, a piston, and a drive. The drive rotates a coupling member having two angularly opposed pins. An arm pivotably connected to the piston has a seat for receiving one of the pins to couple the piston to the drive. Through continued rotation of the coupling member, the piston moves within the fluid chamber to draw fluid into the fluid chamber until the second detent contacts the arm to push it away from the first detent to decouple the drive from the piston. This allows a compressed spring to actuate the piston to urge a burst of fluid from the fluid chamber.
CLEANING APPLIANCE
A pump assembly for a dental cleaning appliance includes a fluid chamber, a piston, and a drive. Magnets, connected respectively to the piston and the drive, enable the drive to couple to the piston and move it within the fluid chamber to draw fluid into the fluid chamber. A stop prevents the piston from being pulled beyond a stop position so that through continued actuation of the drive the magnets separate to allow a spring to push the piston away from the stop position to urge a burst of fluid from the fluid chamber.
ELECTRICALLY DRIVEN DEVICE
An electrically driven device includes a housing, an electric motor with a drive shaft having a first rotary axis and a drive pin eccentrically connected to the drive shaft, and a driven shaft having a second rotary axis and mounted in the housing for a pivoting movement. The driven shaft is coupled to the drive pin by a gear mechanism converting a rotary motion of the drive shaft into the reciprocating pivoting of the driven shaft. The gear mechanism has first and second transmission stages, the former including a cross slider, and the latter an elastically deformable transmission member. The cross slider has a sliding support extending perpendicular to the first rotary axis and receiving the drive pin. The cross slider is axially guided in the housing to move in an axial direction perpendicular to the first rotary axis and perpendicular to the extension of the sliding support. A link, offset relative to the second rotary axis, connects the cross slider to the elastically deformable transmission member.
PERSONAL CARE DEVICE
In accordance with the present disclosure, a personal care device has a handle section allowing a user to grasp the personal care device with a hand, a head section for providing a personal care treatment to a personal care area, the head section being detachably attached to the handle section, a drive unit having a motor for driving at least a portion of the head section into motion, a controller arranged and/or structured for (a) providing a periodic driving signal at the motor, the periodic driving function essentially being adaptable by a controllable weighting factor, (b) determining at least one phase-shift value between the periodic drive signal and a periodic motor response signal, and (c) determining, based on the determined phase-shift value, (c1) whether the head section is attached to the handle section, and/or (c2) a type of the head section being attached to the handle section, and/or (c3) a state of wear of the head section being attached to the handle section.
