TOOTHBRUSH WITH AN EXTENDABLE HANDLE
A toothbrush includes a head with an extendable handle. The toothbrush has a brush head with bristles extending from one side, and an opening containing one or more segments nested within one another. The inner-most segment is pulled outward, away from the brush head, with the adjacent outer segments following forming a handle assembly. A resilient member within the brush head between the head and inner-most segment assists in extension of the handle assembly. Upon extension the segments form an interference fit with each adjacent interior and exterior segment forming a rigid handle assembly. When the handle assembly is in an extended configuration a retention member extends from the interior of the segment surrounding the extended segment for engaging the end of the segment thereby preventing the handle assembly from collapsing. A rotatable collar at the end of the inner-most segment includes filament for flossing teeth.
DISPOSABLE TOOTHBRUSH AND FLOSSING DEVICE
A combined toothbrush and mouth care device includes a main body member having a proximal end and a distal end, a brush head having a plurality of bristles to brush a user's teeth coupled to the proximal end of the main body member and a flossing member to floss between the user's teeth integrally formed with the distal end of the main body member, wherein the brush head includes a first region having a first width and a second region having a second width less than the first width to reach the user's posterior teeth.
BRUSH, IN PARTICULAR TOOTHBRUSH, AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTION METHOD
A brush, particularly a toothbrush, includes a head part with a cleaning structure that includes bristles, a hand part and a neck part, a cavity including at least one outlet opening for an active substance being located in the head or neck part. In one embodiment, the cavity incorporates an active substance element, containing the active substance in a carrier material and releases said substance in a controlled manner when it comes into contact with water. In another embodiment, the cavity is adapted to the shape of an active substance element by means of defined external contours. The volume of the cavity is preferably 1-2 times and no more than 4 times greater than the volume of the active substance element, ensuring that the latter is preferably surrounded by water during use. This allows the active substance to be effectively metered and ensures that the brush is easy to use.
Oral Care System
An oral care system includes a handle and a head, the handle having a proximal end, a distal end, an internal cavity, and a dispensing aperture for the internal cavity. The head is coupled to a distal end of the handle and includes at least one oral surface engaging element. One or more oral care applicators are positioned in the internal cavity. A cover may be slidably coupled to the handle so as to be translatable relative to the handle between: (1) a closed state in which the cover encloses the internal cavity; and (2) an open state in which the internal cavity is exposed. The one or more applicators may be provided in an accordion stack in the internal cavity.
Oral Care Implement
Disclosed is an oral care implement, comprising: a body comprising a handle, a head at an end of the handle, and at least one fluid outlet, the head having at least one oral care element extending therefrom; a reservoir in the body and for storing an oral care fluid; and a supply mechanism connected to the body, the supply mechanism comprising: a user-operable selector comprising a cam, and an actuator comprising a follower in contact with the same, the actuator operable to cause the oral care fluid to flow from the reservoir towards the fluid outlet, and wherein the cam is movable relative to the body to cause movement of the follower relative to the body and thereby operate the actuator.
Oral Care System and Oral Care Device
Disclosed is an oral care system, comprising: an oral care implement, comprising: a body comprising a handle and a head at an end of the handle, the head having at least one oral care element extending therefrom, and a cavity in the body, the body defining an opening of the cavity; and a plurality of dentifrice-free oral care devices in the cavity, each of the oral care devices comprising an oral care composition comprising an oral care agent. Also disclosed is an oral care device, comprising: a storage portion comprising a sealed vessel having an interior holding an oral care composition comprising an oral care agent; and an applicator connected to the storage portion; wherein the vessel or a seal thereof is breakable to place the interior of the vessel in fluid communication with the applicator.
Oral Care System
An oral care system that includes an oral care implement and a plurality of oral care strips is disclosed. The oral care implement has a handle, which has an internal cavity and a dispensing aperture forming a passageway into the internal cavity, and a head, which includes at least one oral surface engaging element. The plurality of oral care strips, which may be tooth whitening strips, are stored in the internal cavity, and each of the plurality of oral care strips includes at least one film having an oral care material applied thereto. The dispensing aperture is configured so that the plurality of oral care strips is removable from the internal cavity via the dispensing aperture.
PORTABLE INTERDENTAL TOOTHBRUSH WITH IMPROVED EASE OF USE
Disclosed herein is a portable interdental toothbrush with improved ease of use. The portable interdental toothbrush includes: a main body configured such that a first storage portion having a first accommodation space is formed in the upper portion thereof and a second storage portion having a second accommodation space is formed in the lower portion thereof; a functional drug filled in the first accommodation space of the main body; and a toothbrush member provided in the second accommodation space of the main body. An extraction conduit configured to be open downward is formed in the lower portion of the second storage portion. The bottom end of the extraction conduit is packed such that the hole of the bottom end is blocked by a sealing film so that, when the portable interdental toothbrush is used, the sealing film is removed and the toothbrush member is extracted.
